Ordered pizza at 6:10 called after and hour and 40 minutes and was left on hold for 15 min. Called customer care back at 2 hours past order time was put on hold another 10 min to cancel. Have to wait 3 to 5 business days for my refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
They have forever lost my business went to place an order today and the gentleman on the phone refused to take my order. Said I needed to place online or through there automation system. I told him I wanted to talk to a human and place my order he still refused. I couldn't belive it he missed a very large sale. Marcos pulled for us though at least somebody had good costume service. Don't waste your time with Papa John's go somewhere else!!!
Pappa John's has the best pizza for delivery in Douglasville. They don't mess around getting it to you either. They always deliver my pizzas faster than expected. They also are good about making them exactly how I ordered them.
When they say 49 to 59 minutes for an estimated arrival of your pizza, what they really mean is over 2 hours. I called the store to see what the deal was and I was told by the manager that my pizza was ready and waiting. But they were waiting on a driver to show up. Almost an hour later I get my pizza and it is cold.
All meats pizza, was dry, lacked juicy look and flavor. Prepared in 10 minutes.
Let me tell yalllll... everything we ordered was fresh‼️ I highly recommend‼️

They’ve gotten my order wrong & sent me other people’s pizzas more times than I can count. If you want them to send you the correct pizza after they mess up, you’ll be waiting another 1-2 hours. But, they do always either refund the money or give a free pizza. They’re the only ones who deliver to my house so I keep using them even though pretty much every time I’ve ordered delivery it’s been wrong. Last night I order a medium pepperoni pizza and cheese sticks. we got a pepperoni, beef, bacon, pineapple pizza. who orders that??
I recently ordered from Papa John’s and I got a veggie pizza with chicken and the bell peppers were still raw and crunchy and it tasted like they haven’t been cooked at all and the chicken was super dry ,no flavor ,and the bread was burnt and hard and I ordered the honey chipotle wings and they were full of fat and not cooked in the inside and it was bloody to. I am very disappointed I will not be eating there ever again and I wouldn’t recommend anybody to eat there either and they took a whole two hours for the food to get delivered too
Y'all should train your drivers better... Specifically the one that drives the gold Toyota Camry and thinks dancing is more important than driving the speed limit, and not swerving all over the road
