Doors were closed for dining. The store was open only for drive through. What is a Semi Truck driver to do in this case? I called the store to see if I could order through the drive through and walk to the window to pay and grab my order. Understandably, the shift manager said they can’t do that for the safety of their employees. I think one can be a little bit flexible with caution to help out a hungry truck driver.
The only thing good about this location is the food - if you can even order it as they are always out of most things. Came in tonight to find most of the tables and floor under them dirty, the drink station covered in spilled drinks and a hair tie, and both napkin dispensers empty. Customer service is always hit or miss…mostly miss. It’s a shame as we love Panera’s food and have to go to other locations to actually enjoy it. I hope the manager reads this and turns it around.
This Douglasville Panera is the worst store I've ever eaten at. I come by every couple of weeks and the service is worse than the time before. The staff is rude. The store is out of certain bread and food almost every time. The store is always messy and tables always dirty. The manager is nonexistent and needs to replaced with someone who knows how to run a restaurant.
The longest Drive-Thru line i’ve ever sat in! Waited 45mins before even getting to the speaker, & another 25 minutes to get my food. Person at speaker rudely fast talked us thru the entire order intentionally showing her attitude & irritability, as if im the one who told her to get a Job here? Overall experience 1/10. Do NOT recommend the Drive Thru here if you don't want to waste an (1hr & 30mins) of your Day to get service. Dear, PaneraBread corporations: PLEASE figure out how to manage prompt DriveThru service in a reasonable timeframe!! If Chicfila can manage a line backed all the way to their Red light in the street. Panera should have no issue managing 60% LESS customers in their Drive thru. Entered PaneraBread’s Drive thru @1:00pm didn't leave line until 2:15pm RIDICULOUS.
Excellent food as always. I had the special of Greek salad and flat bread pizza. Delicious!
I spent $29 on two sandwiches and they were cold, like they had been premade and refrigerated. If I'm going to pay $30 for sandwiches at a sandwich store, I'd like it to be made fresh. Yuck!Staff was very friendly.
They need to do 24 hour breakfast like McDonalds.
They finally reverted back to slice cheese on grill cheese and not blended shredded cheese. So happy and loved going back.
Shout out to Martin and staff. They remade ny sandwiches and took good care of us ! Thanks for all your hard work through the holiday season ! As always , friendly staff and a great place to eat .
