If I could give them zero stars I would! The women that work there are very rude, they don’t even look you in the eye when talking to you, terrible service. They were rushing us to order, wouldn’t even let me get a word in, kept cutting us off and walking away. They didn’t even have forks, they were out of so many items. That was just a terrible experience.
Wait here March 17 11:26 AM they serve me old honey walnut shrimp it was soggy and disgusting it was left over and it taste like leftover refrigerated food. I will not be returning to eat old food.
This location is usually pretty good. The food always seems to be hot and fresh. The only complaint I have is they usually never have my Mobile pickup order ready on time. The last three times I picked up my order, it was ready 10-15 min after the scheduled pickup time. Other than that everything is great.
Food visually appeared appetizing however it was bland. After a few bites, your mouth adapted but was not enjoyable. Was charged for biggie plate when we had the large :(Give it some kudos for cleanliness and fast service. Would not come back again.
I love their teriyaki chicken and fried rice. Sometimes service is a little slow but not very often. Always busy.
Drive-Thru was quick. This was my 1st time pulling up at the drive-thru and the menu board was a little confusing to me. The food wait was short however our plates were lukewarm food was not hot.Veggies were seasoned good but our rice wasn’t cooked long enough which was unfortunate because that is actually the main part of the meal.Sauce on the meat and veggies was really good. I got the teriyaki chicken bowl
Orange chicken was spoiled. Rice was burnt. I don't we will be visiting this site again anytime soon.
I've going there for years and lately the food changes as much as the employees does. No eggs in the fried rice, the orange sauce is gone. The taste of some of the items has changed. Just an extreme turnover in people handling and talking over my food is to much for me also.
Got rid 9f some of my favorites and chicken sometimes gristle but not bad for fast hot meal.
