The food was great and are waitress was truly a hard working women. She was taking care of everyone whose was already seated while also greeting customers who wish to be seated. Not only that but I assume that it was a big family and she also took care of them. I can't speak for everyone except for myself 'i think she deserves a raise'
Normal Olive Garden good. Nothing worth raving about in that department because you know what you’re getting. However, their staff is worth raving about. They’re always so friendly and engaging with our kids. Best staff of ANY Olive Garden we’ve ever been to.
Salad wasn't good, not enough dressing...eggplant parm with spaghetti not good at all, portion of fettuccine alfredo waste of money. I've never been a fan of OG but some family loves it, I won't be back. Best thing about this visit was the waitress.
The waitress acted like we were bothering her. We had a party of 6 and had to keep asking for bread, salad, soup, drink refills. We say 15 minutes after salad was brought to the table with no forks to eat it with. The restaurant was not busy enough for her to be so scattered. Ordered something to go, never got it. Wanted chocolate cake for 11 year old birthday. There wasn't any, so we opted for donuts we can dip in chocolate.... never recieved it.Very disappointed
I was looking to treat my wife to her favorite restaurant for our anniversary. We checked in as 3adults and in need of a high chair . 45 min wait, no issues. But after seeing 3 other parties seated ahead of us . They tried to seat us in the bar area. When we requested our high chair we were told we could not have one in that area. They told us it would another 45inutes to an hour until we could be seated. This is not the first time but ot will be our last.
Ok So where do I start ,my wife and I where at the mall and we didn't want to eat food court food so we decided it's our cheat day let's swing over to Olive Garden .Upon arrival we were seated pretty quickly by the bar ,got some breadsticks, and shortly after greeted by our server who by the way was doing the best she could in environment that's set up to make her fail. So after that we put in some apps and some drinks and thats when the experience started going left .The bartender was super unprofessional and could care less about providing guest satisfaction. So my wife's drink was literally syrup so we ask if she could have an Itlian margarita instead and the bartender was not to happy ,the other drink took for ever when it should of been made on the fly .Entrées took over 20 mins and which point I decided to order an old fashion, the bartender made the drink and then set it up on the service window ,instead over literally coming around the bar and running it to us ,so I waited and watched my drink sit on the counter for about 7 min becoming diluted and losing all integrity At this point we kind of lost our appetite. IT was more important for the staff to get there Chinese takeout order all together then it was taking care of there guest. I Write this feedback not as a complaint but as a letter of awareness. I too am apart of this industry and we are slowly fading away due to lack of Leadership and most importantly people just caring and doing there job to the best of there ability. We were the industry that was hit the hardest during covid and now as we slowly get back into some type of normality we should be putting our best foot forward.Taking every opportunity to apperciate and give every guest the best dinning experience we can .I hope this may impact someone to look at future guest that walk through there venue as an opportunity to impact someone way more then just spaghetti and drinks but providing them with a memorable experience that will help keep our industry alive!!Looking back the chicken on a stick at the food court left a far better taste in my mouth then did the experience at the Olive Garden .
Great food. Just the service was really slow. Got there before they opened at 11 and didn't get seated until 12:15. But still would go back for more delicious and expensive cuisine's.
Excellent service! Attention to details 100%, thank YOU. The children's side of broccoli with personal cheese pizza was perfection. Beyond picture perfect cause it was delicious. Personally I won't order Chicken Marsala, too sweet for me. Prefect more savory.
Sat at bar. Bartender had WAY too many tables. Got extremely backed up but was very polite. OG needs to let the bartender stay at the bar & not have to deliver drinks or wait on tables. This has been a problem since before Covid. Food was good.
Horrible experience! We had to leave an hour and a half later to go feed my 8 year old his lunch at another restaurant! Our server was not friendly or acted like she cared at all. Took 30 mins for drinks an hour for food no issue on food wait but breadsticks took an hour she said it was cooking but when we received they weren't even a little warm! We got our food my sons food was ice cold. So we asked nicely to heat it up took 30 minutes at this point my son's stomach was hurting because when we got it the second time it was still cold! After that my son was over it and couldn't eat the pizza. The smoothie was sour. When I asked her to just take it off it was cold she did not reply one word no apology or cared nothing. As my son leaves crying. I use to love this restaurant a year ago I gave it a 5 star but that was totally unacceptable. We have never had an experience like that anywhere. But the 2 tables she had after had quick service on taking order and getting drinks and bread. I feel like we were discriminated. I wouldn't think that if we were rude or needy but we were nice about it all so I don't understand. I work in the restaurant industry and this wasn't acceptable even to the lowest standard of customer service.
