This ocharleys has the worst service that I have EVER experienced. We got seated at 7:45. It took 10 minutes for drinks and all of the drinks were wrong. One server was doing so bad, that she had to get replaced .The chips for the spinach dip were fried in dirty oil. It’s currently 8:50 and we still haven’t gotten our entrees. There was only 1 basket of rolls brought out since we’ve been here. The dishes were dirty even after the servers said they were. There is a server watching over me as I type this. Unacceptable. I can’t believe we have to sit here. If I could give 0 stars. I would. But I can’t so 1 is what they get.DO NOT DINE HERE!!! MY COUSINS FRIES AND BURGER WERE DRENCHED IN OIL.
DO NOT COME HERE. Service was terrible, the pregnant manager (she didn’t give us her name) was a joke. Even after we let her know the chicken was RAW she stated she would take it off the check. Took her over 10 minutes to correct the problem, but was spotted laughing with employees. Take your job seriously. You can get people seriously sick. The steak was a piece of fat and overcooked/ disgusting asparagus. This is the second and last time I have terrible service here. There’s a reason this place was empty on a Friday at 6pm. Never again. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. It’ll save your life!
The restaurant was quiet; the waitress/ bartender has an excellent personality. I asked for a drink with light ice in a to-go cup. However, I received a cup full of ice in a regular cup. My food finally came in a chipped dish. Yeah, that's it. Gots to be more careful. I didn't make a fuss; I paid my bill, then made my departure.Update 6/6. The manager at O’Charleys contacted me and apologized for the recent visit mishap. Thank you, Ray White, for the kind words. It means a lot when someone of your status takes a stand and makes things right. And for that I added two More ??. You acknowledge there is a problem, and you are taking all the steps to correct the issue at hand. Kudos to you Ray

We had such a great time tonight. The bar didn’t seem as bust like most bars. But Sam was busy making drinks and tending to tables as well. But we had a great time. She’s a wonderful bartender so so nice. She definitely needs more people there to hang out with! Her personality is great. Thank you Sam! I enjoyed my steak ? ?
Traveling though to Florida on a Wednesday afternoon and seem this restaurant off the highway. So we stopped. We had a very sweet server. I believe her name was Sam. Excellent service, we even got a senior citizen discount. She packed some rolls for our trip and some Togo drinks.
I haven’t been here in a LONG Time. I know this place used to be the spot. But I decided to give it a try again and I’m glad I did. Had a great time with Sam. I remember having my first date here and now we are married. Wonderful service and the happy hour special is unreal. The 5 dollar cocktails is probably the best in town. Thank you O’Charleys
I stopped in today for a quick bite. I was greeted with a friendly smile and they sat me at a booth in the bar. I was a bit nervous at first but it turned out amazing. Sam took aGreat care of me. I ordered the Cajun chicken pasta with extra sauce and it was delicious. The portions are a great size and enough for two! I would highly recommend you stop by for lunch and see Samantha on Wednesdays. She’s great!One of the servers, Monica was super nice as well. I noticed her from Sam and roscos! Thank you O’Charleys! I had a great Thursday night dinner here!My waitress Monica and the bar tender Samatha made for a great evening!Monica is a very good waitress! A real people person! And Samatha made a really good mint mojito! The food was awesome!I had the Blackened Salmon and Steak with rice pilaf and broccoli! My fiancé had the bourbon chicken! We loved it all!Thank you again Monica and Samatha!!
We were sat at a table quickly. Our drink order was taken fairly quickly as well. It was all down hill from there. Ordered appetizers, waited way too long. Placed our order when it was brought out. Waited at least 40 minutes with empty drinks for everyone. No one walking by to ask. There were only about 5 other tables in the entire restaurant. So using the “under staffed” excuse wasn’t flying. The hostess was on her phone the whole time we sat with no refills. You could hear laughter from the kitchen where apparently everyone was hanging out instead of working. When our food finally arrived it was fair at best. So bad service with fair food. I will never go back to one of these restaurants.
