Place and food are good but poor servers are not paid tips if given on credit cards. Only cash do they get. Hear this is happening other places too so please ask server and restaurants. Spread the word
Place has really gone down hill since the Asian owners left. Employees on their phones while taking in person orders, Nickel and dime you for everything, food is sub par… I could go on…It used to be awesome.. what happened?
I tried PJ's Buffalo wings years ago and I didn't like it. I decided to give them another try last week and honey I'm hooked. My fav is the honey lemon pepper wings with fries. I love that the fries are always really hot and not fried too hard. Yes I went back the following week. If you aren't already a patron, you should be. The staff are super friendly.
Made a 50$ order and still had to pay 4$ for hot sauce,, then I ask to speak with a manager and I was told that he was gone for the night the girl that took my order told me that I could not substitute my blue cheese dressing for the hot sauce.. please be aware that this type of service is void and unprofessional. WON'T BE BACK UNTIL YOU FIX THE PROBLEM!!!!!!!
I have been calling in Togo orders from here for years and it's 1 of the only places where the service didn't change due to covid. They are taking all the safety steps. I like they have something for the whole family and food is always correct plus ready when they tell u it will be. I recommend several items on the menu and will continue to order from them
Great food reasonable pricing nice atmosphere. I got the fried oysters And the double burger with fries everything was hot fresh and delicious. Visiting from out of state.
My wings are old and dry! Ordered seasoned fries and they are not seasoned! 1st time ordering from here and it will be my last! Wings taste like they been sitting under a heat lamp! Gross! Lost my appetite!
I would give zero if I could. Young girl on the phone is super rude and clearly incompetent. She called to question my order, mind you I picked options available to me on their site. Fast forward, I ask for a refund, she says I’m being rude as she proceeds to tell me she doesn’t know how I’m going to get my refund and to call my back. What type of service is that!
Best to look at there menu online before going because you order at the counter from a menu on the wall.Service was very good and the wings were delicious. There fries are very tasty also. My only negative comment would be there wings are a shade on the small size.I'll go back ! !
Food was average tasty, but was an abundance for the price. Good for American choice foods.
