If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. My husband has bought food from this location four or five times in the past few months. It has been good ONCE. We gave this location multiple chances because we understand places are understaffed and people are overworked, but never again. We ordered food today and everything was dry but the worst part was the beans were completely burnt. So burnt and black, they left a nasty aftertaste after one bite. We ordered two burritos and one nacho. My husband ended up taking them back, to which they did offer to remake them. Ofcourse we declined unless they were bringing fresh ingredients out (see photo I posted). They weren't so he requested a refund. They said we would need to contact corporate for a refund. Also, the manager said we were the only ones who complained today. Not sure how that's relevant to any of it. You can clearly see the meat and beans are burnt and dry. Not everyone has 30 minutes to waste - driving back to bring overcooked, stale food back. Done with this location.

When in to order a taco meal kit and could not make the person taking taking orders understand that I wanted a meal kit. 4 other people were standing around laughing and cutting up, poor management

Food was not prepared as asked. At checkout, the lady's hair net was not covering her hair and she put the box of chips in the bag without closing the lid. Not very friendly atmosphere.

Went for a social, got crunchy tacos with various ingredients picked out and some chips. You pick out the ingredients here. I think the person I was meeting got a vegetarian burrito. Food was passable, no complaints. I'll note I didn't eat the tacos right away and they were pretty soggy, but still tasted fine.Service was friendly, struck up a conversation with the employee who handled the food. I didn't care for the typical tea, but the standard soda machine was acceptable. Bathrooms and tables were clean.Really no complaints, fine establishment if you want large servings of tex-mex that aren't especially high quality. It's fast food, and that's ok.

Last time I went to the store for food, the guy at the counter gave me major attitude for not ordering ingredients in the right order. I felt like I was in the Soup N*zi episode from Seinfeld.Ordered delivery recently and the portion sizes are incredibly small - I've ordered Moes dozens of times before, I know what to expect. This time, the bowls were underfilled and the full-size burrito was like five bites of food.Man, this place has gone downhill. Glad "that other" fast-casual Mexican place is in town now, which I've never had any problems with.

Waited two hours for a salad without lettuce or rice and another plate had hairs in it. You have one job!!!

Placed an online to go order 45 minutes before I arrived at the store. When I got there they hadn't started making it yet, I waited another 45 minutes to get my food. Absolutely ridiculous. Would not recommend mobile ordering from this location.

Great food the team loved the place

The staff was very friendly, the food was good

My coworkers and I have eaten here many times but yesterday was awful. Not sure if temperature of meat isn't being checked or what but all 3 of us got sick within hours after eating yesterday. So definitely will not be returning.
