Have food on the menu and a non-broken ice cream machine.

For the first time since the last 2 years of me coming to this McDonald’s the lady in the back who took my order didn’t have me waiting and was surprisingly pleasant. I told her I was going to write a review so they can keep her onboard. Customer service was amazing for the first time yet the lady at the other window can use more training started cursing and talking rudely while handing me my order with no care that I heard her. Please get five more employees like the back booth lady on nights y’all will be perfect.

AWFUL SERVICE!!!! A simple order of 2 sweet teas took 8 minutes NOT because they had to make tea but because the incompetence of the drive thru employee. She was too busy texting on her phone that she spilled the tea not once but twice and then forgot to give straws. And you think you deserve to be paid $25 an hour. What a joke!!!!!PS you don't deserve a 1 star but to post this review I had to. Absolute joke!!!!

You guys should completely FIRE the entire staff at this McDonald's. They are legitimately the LAZIEST people on earth. You wait in line for an hour for a cheeseburger because they are all in there not working.At 11 they just completely stop taking orders doesn't even matter that they close at 12.Corporate needs to pay yall a visit.

If I could give zero stars I would. I'm ultra patient and very understanding when it comes to fast food, being overwhelmed and retail in general but it's no excuse to have 10 vehicles waiting for almost 40 minutes and the line hasn't budged for an inch. A guy was sitting at the drive through window for that same amount of time waiting patiently for them to even speak to take his order while I could see the employees in building just screwing around laughing like it's funny. There's nothing funny about poor workmanship and poor customer service. I know I didn't pull up at a fancy restaurant but c'mon that's ridiculous. If I hated my job that much I'd quit. Simple solution.

They want you to order on the kiosk and take a number to put on the table. Well, we did. They didn’t bring our food, so my granddaughter went to check on it. The employee looked at her and said you didn’t come so we put the food away. The number on the table was 58. She said our number was 600 something. I won’t be back. Rudeness I don’t like. I have been there before and never had a problem. What happened?

Just waited in a non moving line from 12-1 for them to say "we're closed after 1". Why can't you serve customers that have been waiting before 1. You literally had us waiting for an hour just to close it. Please close your doors and hire new staff instead. Worst fast food experience I've had in a long time. If you want your food within an hour, please go somewhere else.

I went thru drive thru and ordered Big Mac meal which as we know includes a softdrink. As I generally due, I asked in lieu of softdrink pls just give me filtered water in the cup. They upcharged it to bottle water. I reminded them that my meal included a cup for my drink. They refused to do this for me even though water cost less than a softdrink. Really Mc D? How about a little common sense here. BTW, other Mc Ds do this for me. Have it your McDs, you just list a lifetime customer.

Was excited to try the new Air, Land, & Sea combo....and very disappointed to find out that it's just three individually wrapped sandwiches? Like gee thanks McDonald's, I always knew that I could order any combo of your food and then take the time to craft something new out of it. What I thought I was paying for, what your menu sign deceptively shows, was for you to take the time and messy effort to make all three into one sandwich, not just to give me three of your menu items and then expect me to put this all together in my car.

Really poorly run McDonalds. Besides one or two workers the staff are kind of rude and always have problems just keep up basic operation. They haven't adapted to the new technology that McDonald's started implementing like mobile orders and the like and the line is always wrapped all the way around the building because unfortunately this is the only McDonalds in the area...
