Absolute free for all… this is the worse run restaurant I’ve ever been to. No direction from management, no customer service. Actually rude service. Terrible attitudes. The cashier was annoyed when my 8 month pregnant wife told them she has been waiting for 25 minutes for our food. It’s sad that fast food has come to these levels. It was already bad before.
The cashier was rude, obnoxious, loud and completely unprofessional. I never experienced anything of this nature from this location. My family and I live in the adjacent subdivision from McDonald’s and we frequent here almost daily because my boys loves their nuggets and fries.So upon my encounter today I was left completely mortified and confused as to why the cashier was upset as if she knew me or something. It was awkward and intimidating and absolutely not called for.My boys were I’ll and feeling under the weather and I decided to give them a little pick me up by getting their fav food from McDonald’s however, being yelled at because someone could not hear my order was not on the menu.I asked the cashier was everything alright and why was she yelling, speaking with her hands and rolling her eyes at me… she proceeded to yell that she did not have an attitude and that she did not hear my order and how many nuggets are in the 2 for 3….. I mean whatever was going on I could not understand.She was aggressive and rude and I’m still a little razzled and uneasy about the whole encounter…honestly speaking
I've ordered several times through the app and showed up just to find out the store was closed except for drive through. I called corporate and was on the phone with corporate and drive-thru person was rude to me. Asked to be contacted by the owner and they Never contacted me. Obviously just like most of the employees the owner does NOT care. ?
I have been coming to this McDonalds since i was a kid. They have always gotten my order right even when overwhelmed. The crew are really hard workers, and have always had my food hot and ready.
They got my order wrong then had the nerve to have an attitude when I asked them to replace it! Horrible customer service! They have these kids in the window and they value their job! Save your money and go else where. There are 2 other McDonalds with 1 mile from this location. You may have better luck there.
Im an uber eats driver and when i walked in the manager immediately got an attitude with me and said “Im not taking anymore inside orders!” (Mind you there was no sign stating that nor was the door locked) I told her i was there to pick up an uber eats order. She then proceeded to walk over to the computer and cancelled the order IN MY FACE and then lied and said the customer cancelled the order!!! The AUDACITY!!!! Time and money wasted!!! I was LIVID!! The Manager needs to be fired IMMEDIATELY for canceling orders under pressure!! Please stop hiring these ppl for managerial positions and they cant handle pressure!! She literally cancelled my money!!!
The McDonald’s is 24 hours and the manager want to catch a attitude with me for arriving before 6 in the morning. trying to curse at me for waiting at the window talking about he’s about to call the police. Im just sitting in my car watching a nba game lol.
Ordered drive thru. Was told to drive up to get my order they completely forgot about me. When I saw people getting their food who ordered after me, I had to go inside and ask for my food. They hadn't even made it yet
Garbage service! Manager refused to come out and talk. Bacon quarter pounder didn't have bacon, cheese or ketchup. They didn't put the mcchicken in the bag. Added mustard to a burger that wasn't supposed to have it. Fries were cold and had to be redone. Manager should be fired close the store for a day to do a complete retrain of all employees.
So I ordered an iced coffee with cream and sugar extra sugar but didn't get the extra but still got to pay for extra. Coffee should be made as customers request it, after all is what can make a day or ruin multiple. Coffee for some people is the only thing that makes them happy. Let's please try to add the sugar that the coffee calls for and when extra is added requested please add it without giving attitude. Is not like it's free, we pay for it.
