I placed an order and they couldn’t complete the order. When I asked for a refund, they said they couldn’t give it to me because it was a mobile order. I would have to go home and get my credit card. When I asked for something else, they said I couldn’t have it because it was over the price. The manager at the time seemed uninterested and incapable of doing his job. So, I was owed money and it’s been 3 weeks and no one from McD’s has not tried to make things right. At this point I will not be returning to this store until they make things right.
Placed a mobile order, used online coupon, my credit card was charged, I had the code and presented at drive-thru. Girl tells me my order wasn't charged, which it was (I had the receipt). Then the girl charges me almost double amount, disregarded coupon, and price was reflected on McDonald's receipt. I told what appeared to be their manager where she had the nerve to tell me I didn't pay for nothing (I HAD 2 RECEIPTS AT THIS POINT). This woman began arguing with me, trying to make her co worker's mistake logical. I asked her to simply give me the difference in price. This woman made a scene in the drive thru and then inside. Mind you again, I had both receipts. I am never coming here again, this was so embarrassing and unprofessional..unpleasant. I'll be taking my business to Chapel-hill or hwy 5
They are beyond racist & will mess up your food intentionally. They refuse to give you the store managers name & number for the sake of their own job. One lady followed me through the drive through trying to get my name off of my badge that was hanging in my car along with my tag after showing another employee the video of her being racist & harassing me. They also cut their phone off so we couldn’t call to speak with a manager.
Everytime I go . There lights are not on. But I know they are open.I get a attitude every time I go there. They don't have orange juice . So I have to go somewhere else to get that. Someone needs to step up. I love McDonald's. But it seems like they open when they want an only give you what they want
They just remodeled this McDonalds and somehow it still manages to look old and dirty. The service is super slow! I only ordered two sweet teas and 3 cookies and waited more than 20 minutes. The place looks extremely dirty and run down for it to have been recently redone.
This place was absolutely HORRIBLE I recommend you go to the one on Chapel Hill. I ask for a crunchy double staff acts like he doesn't know what that is then when I drive up to the window to grab my food and drink the person at the window says she doesn't have any straws what type of fast food restaurant doesn't have straws the food was also horrible staff always has an attitude LIKE DONT COME TO WORK WITH A ATTITUDE. This whole place needs to just be shut down demolished and rebuild it with new workers.
I ordered the new Menu Hack meal called Crunchy McDouble which shows on the menu board the entree already prepared and put together with the Mc double. Hamburger and the Mc nuggets on the bottom half of the burger. It is obvious to say how disappointed I was after sitting a very long line that moved slowly to only receive a Mc double in my bag and a box of Mc nuggets separately on top of the wrapped Mc double which is shown in my photos attached… I could have just purchased these items separately if would have know that they were gonna come separately anyways… totally misleading
Horrible. No service they told us water was dripping into the Grease. McDonald's take better care of your employees
Food was ok the spaetzel had onions. Was asked to wait to be seated which would have been fine but for the multiple people coming in after me that got seated first. Service was passable.
Went to this location yesterday evening , there was no line in the drive thru , but it still took me 30 minutes to get my order . Cashier told me to move to the second window once i paid, and that's where I just sat there waiting for my food. after a few minutes of waiting one an employee told me to move up to the railing because my food was not ready. once he brought it out there was no confirmation that i even got the right order , and when i get home and see the Big macs , they are sloppily made. lettuce everywhere. I rarely eat McDonalds , and this is the reason i do not . Especially this location, they have always been slow. Not to mention that they have just remodeled this location , you would think the customer service would be better . it s not and i do not plan on going back anytime soon. From reading other reviews , i see that a lot of people are saying get rid of this particular McDonalds...I agree , just tear down that building that is supposedly remodeled and make it a parking lot . That place is horrible, i'' never go back to it . Now i see why the one on Chapel Hill and Highway 5 are always busy, seems like people are avoiding the Fairburn rd. one. Sorry to vent , but my experience yesterday piss me off!
