So much grissle in the steak and egg biscuit I had to pull pieces of grissle out of my mouth just to finish it. Didn't used to be like this! Sausage patties had a coating of nasty grease like the grill is never cleaned. I wondered why there was no line this morning and now I know. Biscuit was trash for $5 go somewhere else.
If the small Asian woman is the manager, she needs to be fired. I have never seen another person be so demeaning and mean to their fellow employees. If your turnover rate is high, she's the reason. I love Martins food, but as long as she is employed, I won't back to this establishment.
The team this morning was rocking it! When we got there the line was wrapped around the building. They got us through quickly, my food was fresh and the customer service was on point. Everyone was friendly. I love my Martins!
Chicken sandwiches look and taste as if they're either days old or have been pulled out of the garbage can. Won't be eating here again. Only thing good about this place are the sweet female employees who are very friendly to my family and I.
Women's bathroom was out of soap so I ask them if they could refill the dispenser. OMG they were so rude about it. The guy finally fills it and it still didn't work. Also my sausage link was raw. Manager very nice but the staff on Saturday March 5th when he wasn't there are very rude and just incompetent. Never Again!
Food is okay but extremely slow drive-thru. There were three cars in front of me and I pretty much waited 20 minutes for a simple chicken biscuit. Not sure who is slower, Martins or Steak and Shake??? This location is not worth a second visit due to long wait times.
This Martin's belongs in the trash. Lines are always long.Staff taking orders rude af and not realizing u can hear when they're cursing at u on drive thru speaker.Never have gotten a whole order correct.Trash a$$ people serving some trash a$$ food
Usually it’s great but this just not okay… biscuits seem old, gravy is extremely thick and peppery the sausage overcooked and the bacon undercooked. Highly disappointing since it’s the only thing I really wanted coming home for the HIPAA’s.
Today was the first visit to our Local Martin's in a while. It's drive thru only now, so the usual morning rush line is even longer. One thing has not changed. That is their ability to send you home with the wrong order. Looks live we need to slow down the line even more by checking the contents of our drive thru bag before leaving the pick up window. This happens frequently. I call it the Martin's Mystery Grab Bag.
Martin's is a really great restaurant. The only thing I don't like about it is that they always have long lines inside and the the drive thru. I still give them 5 ? though, because the drive thru line is constantly moving, so the wait isn't too bad and the food is definitely worth it. I'm always greeted with a smile and someone saying good morning. The staff are so friendly. Even when cars are wrapped around the building (TWICE!) and their dining room is full, they still take time to say hello. They are a fast, well-oiled machine. And did I mention their food is good? ???
