I absolutely love Martins. The only thing I don’t like about them is that they’re not state wide, only in Atlanta and west of Atlanta.
Just went today (3/30/2022) and had the chili dogs. The presentation was not that impressive but before we could get home our stomachs were quaking, and rumbling!! Will not eat there again!!!!!
Love it but check your food before leaving for takeout make sure it's right
Not the worst morning line, but they don’t always hear my order correctly. I won’t blame them entirely but they don’t repeat orders in the morning or often so I just keep what I get.
Food always tastes great! Staff works to get out orders quickly, even when line is wrapped around building.
This place has unfortunately gone downhill just like the one on Highway 5. I had quit going to Highway 5 because the chicken sandwiches always look and taste like either they are days old or that they were pulled from the garbage. So I started going to this Fairburn Rd location and while eating my sandwich, I felt something like scotch tape in my mouth and I pulled it out and took this photo. Needless to say, I will not be returning and I am done with any Martins locations.
This location used to be my favorite. Drive thru service is so hit and miss. More often missing. The long line is well worth the wait IF you get good service AND the food is prepared properly. It’s quite a gamble if you get both in one visit I’d go buy a lottery ticket. All in all I’d simply say do better.
The heavy set black lady at the drive thru window came outside to physically fight me because she got my order wrong and wouldn't apologize for her mistakes talking, then sarcastic to me, I cursed her out about it. The black lady Manager did not reprimand her for trying to fight me, the paying customer. I will never patronize Martin's again. I used to come all the time but since that store seems to hiring people that physically fight customers I'll take my money elsewhere. I will file a lawsuit as well.
Always out of food, drive through employee was rude. Ended up not ordering from here again because ya'll suck.
