First Marcos I called nobody answered the phone. This Marcos does not honor any of the specials and was all about profit and money making. It was a ridiculous experience. Ghetto mentality.
So their add says 8.99 for two large pizza each and then I tried to order that wouldn’t go through. I called the store and the a$$hole who answered the phone told me to go somewhere else they didn’t offer that deal on ridge road what a piece of trash this company is!!!!
Amanda took my order and was very nice, professional and personable. When I got to the store to pick up my order, Amanda, another man (I didn’t get his name) and the manager were there to help and they were all extremely nice and had great energy. I would definitely give them a 10/10 for customer service.
The ridge road store was amazing... Fast... Helped to find us the cheapest but most for our money and the youngster at the counter was super helpful and very nice.....I wILL PICK MARCOS OVER PIZZA HUT AND DOMINO'S EVERY TIME!!PICK MARCOS PIZZA!!!!!????
Excellent pizza at a great price. Loses a star because (mind you, this was in January/February and I gave up on the phone since then) every single time they'd put you on hold, and most of the time I'd just hang up and call back to someone who wasn't rude but definitely wasn't pleasant. Just order online, save everyone the headache and get some rewards, and you'll be happy!
They are don't deliver my food until an hour after the time. Also I call to see if they have deals first time I call they just decline the call second time I call they just hang up after picking up didn't even let me talk.
The pizza was great! The wings were served in a pool of oil rather than sauce.. I’d recommend the pizza not so much the wings.
Wow! The pizza I had last night was soooo Good! I get that the service and the quality of the food depends on whoever is on the shift that day or evening. I had my bf pick up the food so I was not able to see, I rarely eat pizza crust but it perfectly baked and the chicken was just right! Shout out to whoever worked lastnight, Kudos to you! We will be back :-)
I love Marco's pizza! I have tried their wings and I love those too. If you haven't tried their cheesy bread, you are missing out. I always buy pizza and cheesy bread with my other. It's delicious! I call ahead and it's usually ready in 15-20 minutes.
I used to love this place. Haven't ordered in a little while so I was super excited about our order tonight. Granted we did not go with the normal pizza order but I have ordered just about everything from this place and never had an issue. UNTIL NOW.... Our order tonight was just about the worst "food".. if you can call it that... I have ever had in my life! I have never been so disappointed in a company before. Not only were our 2 subs ice cold when they arrrived.. and we only live 5 mins from the restaurant . But it was like they never even tried... my steak and cheese...I don't know what they call the "meat" that arrived but it was never cooked.. and had the texture of wet paper. His Italian sub...he wouldn't even comment on other than to say it was awful and flavorless. And my daughters wings we ordered... total mush she wouldnt even eat... this place has went down hill fast! Customers beware!!!!
