I always request a cheese pizza and I asked for crazy bread I asked for crazy bread with fresh dough I always get a dough to have a hard crust on it where the dough have been sitting for a while and made the top part very hard I've asked for extra butter and extra cheese I don't have a problem in paying for it but they don't never seem to do it I will not be going back up there again my last experience was this past Monday and I ordered a cheese pizza didn't check it and I got to the park with my grandchildren we had a pepperoni pizza and the crazy bread was the same as that...
I went in at 11 and they had a HUGE call in order mins. before I got there. There were 2 young ladies, alone and still had my order out in a reasonable time. Gave me free 2 liter for the wait, and was very nice the whole time. ?

Don't spend your money here. I waited 30 minutes for my order. I finally go inside to see what's the hold up and for some reason they thought I'd gotten my food already. Odd as I've been sitting right in front of your store for the past 30 minutes. Then they tried to give me some pizza that's been sitting there and I was like I want my order fresh. I don't know if the chick was a cook or a manager but she got an attitude with me like seriously? Forget the customer whose been sitting here for over 30 minutes waiting for food that I ALREADY PAID FOR right? Don't go here they are horrible
I have not been here in 2 months because cheese is the only thing hot and ready and the attitudes I always get from the kid employee!! I have an 19 year old and I understand that people should not be ugly to these kids that actually work.. but when I walk In and get nothing but attitude from the girl I just dont want to go back... the manager tired to make it ok.. but now the pizza is cold and I am aggravated taking it out on people I love... over it and not sure I will be back!!
Hot food every time as long as you plan on sitting here for at least 30-45 minutes for more than 2 pizzas.
WOW...Where to begin: Customer service: Well, there was none. We waited and watched other customers ask for refunds because the pizza was taking too long (came inside from drive thru). While observing the employees interaction with other customers we felt we would be better off eating somewhere else. We did notice approximately 5 people waiting for pizza, 5 people waiting to order pizza and 5 vehicles in the drive thru. Absolutely zero pizzas were in the "Ready Racks" and no one greeted or apologized for the wait. Very unfortunate experience.
1 Star only because it was edibleI am aware that this store is most likely a franchise, but even franchisees should be held to a standard of customer service and quality. I have reported issues in the past but, was never contacted about my comments. Today, I drove up to the window, the window was open the manager was standing with her back to me leaning against the wall. A young lady in street clothes long braids (no hair net) and croc shoes was sitting in a chair behind the counter on her cell phone. She looked at me and continued using her phone after 5mins I honked my horn. The young lady with the braids said to the manager "who is she honking at"? The manager comes to the window, I told her I was honking because I was sitting at the window for 5 mins without acknowledgement and I was a customer. She says, "I didn't even see you. What do you want!!!??" I said I want my order, she said "what is your name"? She looked in the portal, but my order was no longer there. She then locates my order in the computer and holler's to the back "I need two stuff crust". Never apologized or acknowledged me any further. She gets the 2 pizza boxes and shoves them toward me and walks away. No sorry for the inconvenience, sorry for the delay or thank you. It is not surprising the disrespect her employees show when she is the example they have to follow. Whoever owns this franchise should be concerned as they have entrusted their restaurant in the hands of an unkind, unprofessional employee, who I am certain is leaving a bad impression on not just on me but others as well.
I went in to order a pizza and I noticed that none of the employees were wearing gloves. They were making the pizzas and touching the food.I would not refer anyone to this little caesars for anything. I am calling corporate on them.
Please, do yourself a favor and JUST DON"T!!! Customer service was horrible. I went through the drive-through and the cashier didn't acknowledge me and looked over at me several times. After almost 5 minutes she asked me what I wanted. I ordered an Ultimate Supreme pizza and the Crazy Bread. Was told to park in the front of the store and they would bring to me. I parked....and waited 20 minutes. I decided to drive back through again and asked her the status of my order. O, yes before I forget. When I drove back through to ask about my order, I wanted for 5 minutes before being greeted. I was advised they were out of Crazy Bread and could instead get a cheese pizza as a substitute. My Ultimate Pizza was ready (why did I have to sit in the parking lot for 20 minutes?) and was c-o-l-d. Really?! I waited in the parking lot for COLD PIZZA. DO BETTER! Also ladies and gentlemen, they charged mea dollar and some change for the marinara sauce. Yes, the &*^^$%#^# marinara sauce. Needless to say, I will not patron this business again. Papa Johns, I should have never left you. Never again.
