Every time I go… no matter what I order… it’s 30 minutes or more… even if I’m the only car there. This establishment needs to just go ahead and close. Everything in Douglasville is horrible now… horrible service and terribly rude
Too expensive for what you get. Had to order at window because cashier couldn't understand "no ketchup".All and all she was nice but I still had to wait a good while for my food. Not to happy about the price. I know everything is going up but I should never have to pay over $40 for two people at Krystal.
We came through and ordered 3 different meals. Once we got to the window, we asked for a few packs of ketchup and straws for our drinks. The girl working opened the window and handed us ketchup but no straws. We sat there and waited as she ignored us and then she opened the window and told us “you don’t have to be rude” and shut the door. We sat there still, waiting on our straws. She opened the window, laughed and handed us 2 straws. We needed 3 so we sat there once again and she ignored us yet again. After we got our 3rd straw, we said thanks and she threw up a middle finger. Very poor employee. She looked like a teenager and had a bad attitude.

Came through at 9:00 PM at night and the staff was nice and even made sure our order was correct and fresh. Probably the best experience from Krystal’s in a long time. Thank you for the fresh Krystal’s and we will be back to this location. FYI: we had a big order and they were great.
Friendly and professional staff. Clean facility with good prices and promotions all the time. Keep bulbs changed frequently for amazing tanning results
5 people in line waited for 20 mins to order just to shut off the lights at 1145 on us. That was horrible while you were just taking orders a second ago. Very unprofessional and rude. At least finish the line with people waiting that have been there..
Decided to try it since many said it was like white castle. First impression was over priced. Second was extreme low quality. Meat was grey, all flavor taste was from mustard, sodas did not even taste correct as in the machine was not clean. Within 20 minutes of both of us finishing our food we where feeling stomach pains and heading to toilets. I will never recommend this place even for after a night out drinking and will never be back.
Krystal's are good but the last time I went the bread was a little hard and they were kinda dry. But overall it was good
It was alright, food is decent quality but it's always slow.
