Literally was just refused service because they didn't want to take my order at the drive thru window. They are "short staffed" so they could only have someone come to the speaker and tell me that they can only take online orders. I've never heard of anything so stupid. I watched 2 cars in front of me drive off. Doesn't sound very good for business to me
The owner must not care. Every experience is rushed and half made. Rude employees. I decided to sit here today with 5 other cars now 1 other. And listen to them not answer the speaker box at all. There’s 5 cars parked and inside (which is super busy for this location) and one nice old lady employee says that she is the only person working. If this doesn’t show the owner doesn’t care I don’t know what does. I’ve been here over 50 times and never once saw the owner working. Blame is all on him.
Literally no one in the building. There were 2 guys sitting outside when I pulled into the drive through. They're saw me because they both yelled "yo!". I waited a good 5 minutes with no acknowledgement through the drive through. I pulled to the window as well and still didn't see anyone inside and I KNOW they were open. Sign on, lights on.
They need to hire people that can read and understand orders. Everytime I go here my order is wrong, I'm allergic to dairy but they always put cheese on my stuff, I constantly repeat my order to them only to have chesse on it. I can't name one time I've went here and didn't have to check them about it. Not lactose I'm ALLERGIC!!!!! But Krystal's is my favorite place to eat, but not this one. Just waited on UberEATS for a hr only for my stuff to be wrong..??♀️smdh
Got 25 of the bacon burgers before my 11 hour drive home. They were fantastic.. if you're wondering if I was able to finish all 25.. The Answer is... I plead the 5th.. lol
I come here for Breakfast every couple of weeks. I LOVEEEEE the BACON Scrambler bowl!! Lately, id say 4 out of 5 times I say BACON and get sausage. Drives me crazy.. but still good!! My experiences the last 2 years with breakfast have been great!
What a joke. Wife went to pick me up some food. Shift change. So fries are old and they deep fried them again. You can taste the oil in the fries. Soda is just seltzer they ran out of root beer and most likely didn't want to change it. It's almost every time I go there the food SUCKS. Will not be going back to this one ever again.
Fries were fresh and hot. Bacon burger had the most crispy bacon I've ever had at a fast food establishment. This place is like White castle tho so be prepared to purchase at least 6 burgers if you're over the age of 5 lol
Ordered ahead, pick up was for 8:27pm. Get there and told they're only taking Uber Eats and Door Dash orders. I replied we ordered online with name it was under, no response. I wait and ask do they have our order. They ask for the name, find it and have us pull up to the window. The order is not ready, we wait an additional 10 mins for food that was partially cold and wrong. We received a spoiled hot dog in place of an apple dessert and 3 regular chicken sandwiches instead of spicy.
I’m so irritated this is the 2nd time I have found hair in my grit bowl! Then no number to call back for the Fairburn Rd location. This is ridiculous and I will never be back. WRAP UP YOUR HAIR PLEASE!! Refund needed…..
