Worst KFC I have ever been to. Was the only customer and they still managed to get my order completely wrong. Was not given or even asked if I wanted a receipt. When I came back, instead of admitting they miss heard me and that they messed up, they insisted I told them the wrong thing and refused to refund unless I came inside. Not sure who the lady was, was dressed like a manager or something, had the absolute worst attitude about the situation, rather than a willingness to help resolve the issue or apologize she would rather argue and insist it isn’t their fault. Ended up not going in for the refund because I was already in a rush to be somewhere and was already late due to having to turn around for the wrong order. My first and last time coming to this location. It’s no wonder the drive through is always empty. Do not come here.
Drive through girl was rude and tried to keep my reciept. Spoke to fast and when ask to please repeat got ruder. Plus she charged me $6.49 for a wing and a leg. is this right. I am saying bye bye KFC very disappointed in them.
Unprofessional staff. Old dried out chicken. This location was awesome under the management of The Baily Brothers in 80’s and 90’s.
I go to kfc often, this is by far the worst one, i only get the famous bowl cause you cant mess it up.second time going here in a year months apart with the same results. they add more corn than potatoes and basically 5 pieces of chicken this is by far the worst kfc i have ever went to, bad practices, shorting food and making it wrong is not okay.also in the photo i moved all my food to one side.
Came here to buy chicken for the whole family and sat and watched them hook up certain people with the good chicken. I guess you gotta be a certain race to get good chicken here! Need I say more! I'll take my heard earn money elsewhere! Where race doesn't matter!!!
If I could give 0 stars I would this is the worst KFC known to man kind. They are TRASH! food is always dry and cold an absolute ABOMINATION of a fast food restaurant will never eat here again just straight garbage

Waited 30 minutes in line, and I was missing my smash potatoes and coleslaw. The chicken and French fries were delicious though.
KFC chicken is N. E. V. E. R. FRESH.. EVEN IF YOU ASK FOR FRESH THEY GIVE YOU WHAT THEY WANT ANYWAY,, BISCUIT IS ALWAYS HARD,, COST TO MUCH FOR NEVER FRESH
