Came in with my wife after a long day. We ordered our Pizza fairly quickly, and after about 35 minutes our waitress came back saying she was sorry they burned our Pizza and they will be making another one. I was fine with that but after a total of one hour waiting the store was closed and we are sitting there still waiting on a normal large pizza that’s it. We couldn’t wait no longer so we got up and she felt very bad, it wasn’t her fault but we waited all that time and got no food. There were 4 people in the kitchen. Nobody else in the restraunt. Very disappointed, most things in the area were closed already so I had to go home and make a sandwich.
No longer a customer of this jonnys pizza has went down hill in the year we have lived in Douglasville. Poor service terrible wait times and food isn't much better. We order a medium bbq chicken pizza it's brought to us with marinara sauce with bbq sauce drizzled on top of it. This is not how a bbq pizza is made. Server could care less. Won't be returning
You can never go wrong with Johnny's Pizza. This place is Amazing! From the Mediterranean salad to the Johnny's Deluxe Pizza and everything in between, I have never ordered anything that did not make my taste buds smile. Customer for life!
I called in to place a order for pick up. I was directly across the street at target. I called in and I was told I had to come in because they close in 20 min. So I rushed to get there and they wouldn’t take my. I explained I just called in. “He laughed” and said it’s my problem sorry! I will never visit again. I no it’s a minor complaint. But the guy could have said on the phone they are not taking orders because it’s close to closing time. SMDH! I went to Fabiano’s pizza place down town Douglasville, I got there at 10pm and they made my pizza. (Not to mention, you never know what kind of day someone had) Thanx guys!!! (Mr Patel was unprofessional)
My Husband and I dined in and the waitress that served us was amazing. No joke. She was very professional, very helpful, very warm and friendly. She was smiling and cheerful. Our food was so delicious and fresh. The restaurant was very clean and there was a great vibe there also. Definitely had a great experience. Great management there now. Looking forward to our next visit.
Was recommended here for their lemon yaki wings. They were delicious BUT.....I paid for 16 wings and were missing a couple (this was a dinner meant for two). The menu say's you can order 18 or 20 wings and that option wasn't available for me when I went in to order from the hostess. Maybe they were short on chicken! Their prices are a little bit high for the amount of food you receive and the cheesecake was not at all fresh it had the "old refrigerator smell" taste to it. I'll never get their cheesecake again but the wings and fries are good though.
They gave us that many Fries, plus I order a medium pizza with Pepperoni and mushrooms and they gave a Large instead! But guess what it was a Old Pepperoni pizza and they just put the mushrooms on Top without even trying to make half of way decent by at list adding a little cheese so my Mushrooms will not felt out my Pizza. Wow common we work hard to pay for a good Pizza $45.00 was my bill. I am No longer a customer. Been buying Pizza there for last 7 year I am done. I gave you guys 2 stars because the gentleman at the Cashier was Professional
Cheesy awesome goodness! I ordered a customized calzone (DoorDash) and they did it justice! Best calzone in Douglasville. Unlike those pizza joints, when you ask for cheese this place ain’t shy. If you want to experience a cheese coma order from here!
For a pick order, our food was given away to someone else. The grilled chicken was slimy and half cooked. Our Johnnys may have new owners. The food and service was much better than what I’m experiencing lately.
Buffalo chicken dip is super tasty! Underrated dish, great selection of beers.
