Although we have eaten food from Jason's Deli several times before, it was always at a church function at my home church. This time we wanted to go to the restaurant and pick up some on our way home. We were excited to know that there was one close to our home. Again this was our first time ordering in the restaurant. We placed our order, paid, waited and waited. Finally after 20 minutes of watching the ones who ordered before and after us with their food, we asked politely where was our food? When asked the manager, the only excuse she could give is "The process is different for to go orders." We told her we saw people that ordered after us had their food already. If somehow our order got misplaced I would think that company policy would be to acknowledge that's what happened and not make up excuses.

Food was fresh and delicious, it is prepared for you as you order. Restaurant was very clean. The employees were very nice. We even enjoyed the free ice cream and it hit the spot!!

Very horrible experience. I tried to order a 1/2 sandwich with all you can eat salad bar. Was told by the manager Tomeka that you can only get a side salad with a sandwich. I really wanted the all you can eat salad, so I said forger the sandwich, I will just get the salad. When I asked for a second plate. I was told by her, the manger.. the salad bar is now only one trip and she said she told me that. That was a complete lie. I would have left if I couldn't get the all you can eat salad. I will NEVER be back here again. I never had a salad bar where you can't have seconds on a salad bar that costs what it does. Why have a side salad bar the? Awful. I'm upset and left here hungry. Very duscusting service.....

Went to Jason's Deli on Chapel Hill in Douglasville today. I only went because I love the chocolate mousse on the salad bar. I purchased the salad bar $9.73 to get me some of the mousse and it was the nastiest thing I ever had. My purchase was to go.. I went back in finally spoke with Bryce and mentioned that the only reason I purchased the salad bar was to get the mousse but it horrible. I asked if there was a fresh container or more and he said that's what we made today and proceeded to walk away. I have always enjoyed this restaurant but dang no I'm sorry, let me chck or nothing!! Since Covid customer service sucks.. $10 I should have kept in my pocket

It's the best salad bar in our area. The potatoes are as big as my head and the California Club on croissant is delicious. My daughter loves their wraps. My son got the kids pasta once and it had way too much sauce and he said it was spicy. He likes the cheese pizza now. The kids love going there because of the free soft serve ice cream.

I love Jasons Deli…elsewhere. Didn’t see the one trip only salad bar but jerk behind the counter popped off and walked off. Manager, I guess with Grey shirt sitting in a booth on her computer while 25% of the tables were empty and dirty.

The staff is always great and the food is consistently good. Glad the salad bar is mostly opened back up!

In November I snagged one of those common colds due to seasonal changes and was in search of some comfort food to at least provide some standard warmth and much-needed nutrition as one should get when battling viruses.I stumbled upon Jason Deli’s Bowl Broccoli Cheese Soup with a side of their Fudge-Nut Brownie— I have a tragic sweet tooth. Primarily, the broccoli soup came packed with excellence. The broccoli was chopped into reasonable bite-sized pieces making it simple to eat while doused in the buttery, creamy goodness of the cheese and broth. I certainly felt the homemade, southern solace with each spoonful that I took.Furthermore, the brownie was absolutely delectable. Truthfully, I'm not fond of the majority of the nuts in the protein foods category, however, if given this lovely dessert will undoubtedly be the only item I will eat with walnuts as an ingredient.

Long wait times, high prices, food is basically cafeteria food but somehow worse... Army DFAC food is better... the portions are huge I'll give them that. At least the staff is friendly.

My co-workers and I ordered lunch a few minutes (1-7-22) ago from this location. I ordered hot pastrami sandwich. There was a big “glob” of spoiled meat on my sandwich! We will not be ordering lunch from this location anymore!
