I ordered a crepes combo and it says it comes with 2 crepes. We’ll when I ordered it it only came with one. I brought it to there attention and they literally argued with me EVEN after I showed them the menu. The way gas prices and everything is going up in price we don’t have to eat out. Why would you want to loose more customers???
We had four people in our party. We only waited about five minutes for a table. Our server, Amanda, was the best we've had in a long time. She was fast, knowledgeable, and very charismatic. She made us feel like we were at our home diner table. The food was very good and exactly as we ordered it. At least three different people stopped by our table to verify if we needed anything. Great lunch.
Horrible service!! Sat at the table by someone with a mouth full of food.We sat at the table for 20 min. No one came to the table. They never even came to the table for our drink order. Waitresses did not appear busy as they were socializing with one another.Would of gave a zero but not an option.We went to cracker barrel where they have good service.They must not need customers at ihop
I usually go to Ihop about 7 times a year. Since Covid hit, it's been a lot less than that. I must say that the food came out in a timely manner and it was hot and fresh. The service was great. Awesome job Ihop!
We enjoyed our meals that day. My husband got the all you can eat pancakes with a breakfast. I got a hamburger and fries.
I have been in Georgia for 18 months and I have been to a lot of IHOPS and I would rate this one in the Top 3 in the 30 plus I have been to. The service is outstanding, The food is some of the biggest portions of any breakfast restaurant I’ve been to and it’s really good. I am staying in Villa Rica and I really look forward to jumping out of bed at 5:30 in the morning getting ready and shooting down 20 to get to this IHOP in Douglasville. I am a disabled United States Navy seal and I write this IHOP out standing??

Awful... Service sucked. Got there a little past 7pm maybe 5 tables were taken. No one else was there. Took 15 min. for my waiter to come. Then 30 min. to get my food and it was cold. Looked like it was sitting under the lights. Then I ordered the meal that included all you can eat pancakes and an hour there and I only ate 1 short stack (2pancakes). Then I asked my waiter for another one and 20 min passed no pancakes. Finally he asked another waiter to bring them out cause he was with another table and 10 min passed no pancake. So I asked for the manager. Guy had to be maybe 25 if that. I told him what was going on. To pull the check to verify my times. Told him the food was cold, that the menu states all you can eat, that they keep bringing till the customer says stop. He looked at me like, what you want me to do. So I asked him why was he giving me that look at if to say, AND... told him that was the WORST service EVER... and I was gonna call the DM
I've had some good service, also bad! Not with Erin Raines ask to be sat with her, she's spot on always in sight of the customers. Awesome all together! Please tip her accordingly, thanks!! Enjoy your meal!
Rate 0 from 1 to 10. Waitress was great. Cook horrible ? cost outrageous... raw bacon. Undercooked turkeyovercooked chicken
