My family walked in and when we were greeted by a waitress. She said to hold on a sec and cleaned a booth for us. When she came back to get us someone else walked up and said it would be a 30 minute wait. I said that the first waitress just told us she could sit us right then. She said we would have to wait. We could not wait that long and it was just crazy to be told that we would have to wait even after we were told we could be sat. Very unprofessional!
My husband and I hadn't been to Hooters in about six months, we went today April 8th and were not satisfied.We ordered fish and chips, smoked wings, and waffle fries. My fish and chips arrived first, they were decent but not be "big" piece of fish as the waitress said it would be more like half the size of I had in the past. My husband waffle fries came next then the wings. He asked for utensils and the waitress looked at him with a question expression o her face and then stated " you want a fork and knife and things"? He replied yes. When she returned we asked for another order of fish and chips, it arrived and the fish was hard and greasy so we sent it back and asked for another order. It arrived cooked better but the fish were the size of fish sticks. To add to this experience a young boy vomited a few feet from us and it took someone at least 5 minutes to come to begin cleaning it up. Also while we were eating guests were being seated across from us in a booth. The guests had to wait for the waitress to clean the table before they could sit and she wiped the food off the table into one of the seats in the booth but didn't clean the seat out so the guest had to swipe the food from the seat before sitting down. Needless to say we will not be eating at this location again. The atmosphere and food have changed.
Well over all the experience was mediocre. Our server Cass seemed to be overwhelmed. Several of our orders were completely wrong and the server didn’t take any ownership for the issues.However the food quality was good but for a restaurant that was mostly empty and the food still took 30 minutes
Was there on 3/4/2022. First time at a Hooters and very unhappy with the experience. Beverages were not correct when brought and took extra 10 min to resolve. When the server brought the food she spilled my wifewife’s plate of wings as she missed the table. The wings landed on the floor below my wifwife’s chair and got on her jacket that was hung over the chair. The server did tear off some papper towels and hand them to my wife. She said she would get them replaced. I got down on the floor after she walked away and proceedproceeded to clean it up so my wife could put her feet down. The server did come by after it was cleaned up and said the order was requested. Twenty minutes later after the rest of the dinner party had finished there food my wifes wings arived so she was able to sit and watch everyone else eat. The sauce that got on her jacket left several stains that have not been able to be cleand out. She did put this on the survey and has yet to here from anyone. Very poor responce to an accident .
My family and I had the worst experience at this hooters today (Douglasville location). We were ushered to our table, sat and that’s all we did. We waited, and waited, but no one came to our table. When I walked over to the lady who had directed us to the table and told us that we’ve not had a server come to our table, all she nonchalantly said to me was, “oh! Am sorry”, clearly they didn’t care., so we left. Doesn’t deserve even this one STAR. Sadly the place was pretty empty, so they were not busy at all. We got better service somewhere else. We will not be returning to Hooters in Douglasville and everyone should think twice before going there, there’s better customer service at other neighboring restaurants.??
The waitress was friendly and attentive. I'm not a huge fan of chicken wings or sports,but will say, the food was delicious and the service fantastic. Prices are a little higher than I expected, however, the chicken wings are larger than I expected. So a fair trade. Will probably revisit in the future.

best place food was great the service was awesome ! glad we were able to celebrate my daughter 14th Birthday at ! waitress I thank you for singing the birthday song to my daughter just made her day !
Ordered a 20 piece wing and tots to go. Quoted a pickup time and arrived about 5 minutes late. It was after 2pm on a weekday so the restaurant was virtually empty when I arrived. Order wasn’t ready and I still had to wait 45 minutes for my food to be ready. This was the first time I have ordered from this location and will definitely be the last.
Serena was an excellent server & so attentive! Food was great and we were very pleased. The manager is a total jerk though. Doesn’t smile, doesn’t speak, and doesn’t engage with any customers. 10/10 recommend based on food & service, but 0/10 based on manager’s attitude.
