The service here is Amazing!!! The young man at the register Dayton greeted us warmly and was beyond helpful!!! He was firm and friendly with his staff and made sure our order was perfection.. I ordered a beef ? hotdog and my fiancé got a burger ?.. and of course we orders Fries!!!! Everything was cooked just how we like it!!! We are out house hunting and we are very happy with this town so far!!
Overpriced! Two Little Bacon Cheeseburgers, one Little fries, and two regular drinks = $35.00! The food all tasted fine but OUCH to my wallet! I can go to a table service restaurant for this kind of money!
Great burger with all the trimmings, fries were fresh and hot, Coke Freestyle for your beverage of choice. Would have given 5 stars, but it was a bit pricey, 2 burgers, 2 fries and 2 drinks was almost $40. Inside the store was clean, the crew was quick with the food and quick to assist with any additional need. It was empty when we came in, like 6pm, but immediately behind us the customers kept coming in, most tables got full.
This is a new establishment in Douglasville, it's nice haven't eaten here in 10yrs because I have a child with peanut allergies. The service was great, the kids loved the food. Don't think I will be going back because I don't eat beef, however would recommend if your looking for something not frozen on a BUN!
The service an quality of food has been great so far except for one thing. The first two times I ordered from them, the fries had WAY too much salt. It was not edible. One of those times I actually went back and asked for fries with no salt and I've been ordering them that way since, because I keep thinking it's not going to have the average amount of salt, especially at night.
The burgers were great, fries were a little soggy, the prices are out of control. The burgers were all exactly as ordered though. If it weren't for soggy fries, I would give 5 stars. I understand the prices, but still.
Greasy undercooked burger. Dining room was filthy. Only @ 50% occupied there was certainly enough down time and folks standing around to give it a quick clean up. Doubtful that I'd give this place another try.
Five guys is probably one of my favorite burger joints. The food is on point. Only issue is for some reason the price skyrocketed! $12 for a regular burger!? not including fries or drink! Prices has gotten out if hand. Forget about if you bring the kids! Needless to say I don't go as often as I used to. Food is still very good so only lost a star over pricing ??♂️
I have now been to this location 2 times…I have Celiac, ie: severe Gluten intolerance.But I have no word to eat here!Dayton is always very friendly, and helpful! He even remembered me from my first visit and let the line know to change gloves and and to be careful not to cross contaminate.The first time Holly Bryant went well out of her way to make sure I was safe!The guys today were excellent, Benjamin, Terrell really cares too!! And the food as always was great!!
Service was good. However the time it took to get one burger and one order of fries was lengthy. Owner needs to invest in a better oil cutting degreaser for floors. They were all VERY SLIPPERY!
