Came in at 9:06 to order dinner. There were still people inside eating and the door and Google both said the restaurant closed at 10.One girl started taking my order and another girl interrupted and said "we closed at 9". The girl who originally started taking my order told her that the door is still open, and I told her the hours show the store closes at 10. I left without dinner and told her you really should lock the doors if you're gonna close an hour early. Not sure what the girl's name was who decided to close early but it was on 5/28/22 right after 9pm at the Douglasville, GA location. I love Firehouse, but maybe talk to employees about closing early, and if they are being asked to close early by management, don't allow customers to walk in and literally start ordering before waiting to rudely tell them you're closed.

Very professional young adults showing positive attitudes always cleaning the store also you get treated as if your the first and only customer their never have I had bad service or bad food the donations firehouse subs give are a tribute to the American firefighters I've never met a fireman or firewomen that was not as humble as humble could be 9/11 proved to the whole world who these people really are God bless you everyone !
I love their sandwiches! The Engineer and the Steak n Cheese were hot, and full of flavor. I love the cheese they put on their sandwiches. So, yummy!
Very disappointed with my order and managements handling of my complaint!!!I received a cold, messy, soggy cheese steak sandwich with wheat bread that I didn't select. My order was also missing chips which was placed with the order.Management put all the responsibility on UberEATS and wasn't willing to accommodate me in any reasonable manner. They can't offer a refund, can't re- make and deliver because of a third party.So you get what you get from Firehouse, and let another company handle there mess up!!!

thanks to the ladies i was able to get my sandwich without bread and they put it in a bowl instead for me. love our local Firehouse.
Three out of four sandwiches were correct. When I got home I discovered mushrooms on one of the sandwiches. No one in my family eats mushrooms so we had to pick them off or discard a twelve dollar sandwich. I will definitely completely check my order prior to carry out next time.
Worst meatball sub I've ever had there , must of been old or under cooked
First time eating Firehouse subs i worked this black Friday at Macys and they had us food the box was cute cookie.sub.pickle i really enjoyed the taste in the bread meat was everything thanks im thinking the douglasvillie location 5 stars?
