This Dunkin location is top tier. Don’t let the long line discourage you, the line moves fast with accuracy. I stop at this location when I’m in the area my only complaint is it’s location, you have to break your neck getting into it if you’re going 20-W.
Young Man messed up my order told me to come back I said I'll do it tomorrow different young man the next day refused to honor the ticket on the bag said it had to be the actual receipt ? he said without the receipt there's no way to tell what store I purchased at... I'm like dude it's 5 hash browns stuck together there's no way I could eat them then showed him the picture...he made a fresh order and a complimentary donut ?☺️
This place was packed inside, in the drive thru and in the pick up order line. Customer Service was great and so was the food. I grew up on Dunkin. The donuts taste just like I remember. Maple frosted is my favorite. Need a larger parking lot.
Ordered 2 Black Pepper, Bacon, Egg Croissants and they tasted disgusting, like if they were cooked on a stove that recently had mop water tossed on it and let sit/dry, to later have food cooked on it. I will not be getting food from this establishment again.

Good location, sometimes slow, sometimes right on time, only lost a mobile order once, staff usually isn’t rowdy or too loud if you’re in there trying to work - except one girl lately who just stays cursing and talking loudly about people- but, it is one of the locations where they just blast that Dunkin radio, so if you need to make a phone call or conference call or something you’re better outside. I would consider changing that to a lower volume. The guy who works there is really nice and friendly and doesn’t reciprocate the language with the girl who curses all the time. He demonstrates great customer service and will do extra things to help you.
My husband and I visited this Dunkin Donut location (Fairburn Road) while our Dunkin is being renovated. The food was fair but the most glaring observation is the dirty floors, dirty coffee station and dirty tables. I saw a lot of employees there so I’m not sure why this place was in a unsanitary state. We won’t be back.
Coffee tastes like dog water. Service was good and fast. Train the staff how to make a cup of coffee not taste horrible!
The employees here are not friendly at all in the drive thru. They got my order totally wrong and to add insult to injury my donuts were hard and misshapen. They’ve obviously dropped the “donuts” off the Dunkin’ Donuts logo because they’re donuts are terrible now and they’re surviving on their good coffee.
