Ordered for pick up medium sausage pizza. Greasy, crust soft, and only a trace of tomato sauce. We ate a couple of pieces and tossed it. Worse pizza I have ever had and pizza is always a favorite!
My father had just gone to bed (almost 10PM) when a pizza delivery vehicle from Domino's incorrectly tried to deliver a pizza to him. in Douglasville, GA He had the wrong address and had no clue he was on the wrong road. My father was very upset because he had to get out of bed to answer the door. You need a better GPS system so your drivers aren't delivering to the wrong locations!! I have sent a complaint on your website.
Disappointed in the preparation of my handmade pan pizza...how can you make a pie and not put the tomato sauce on it? Weird taste...SAD!
This is a great store the staff are always working hard to serve every customer as best as they can. The store maneger truly cares for everyone she has working there. Plus there is a blonde pregnant driver who is the cutest damned thing to ever walk this earth.
Very well run store. Delivery people are always friendly, even when you don't tip them. NOT, just kidding. Non-tippers are the worst.
The servers deserve a better score because they only lacked proper training. Hopefully, the mgmt staff will review this post & implement better action plans to empower their workers with information. Managers should ensure that each employee knows the regional ads or promos offered to mitigate consumer confusion. We ordered by phone and misunderstood the 20% discount offer. When we asked for clarification, no one in the facility was able to explain. Once again, this is a management issue because the pies were good.

Usually Dominoes will make pretty good pizza, but this time…it was just AWFUL!! Even the cheesy bites were bad!!?? very disappointed.
Did carside pick up and we were already in the parking lot because it was a last minute decision. We ordered and it took 10 minute in total for them to make everything and bring it out. They were awesome!
