My driver Christopher was so nice ? food is always on point . Only issue I’ve had was with a driver named Jessica . I paid in cash and never asked if I needed change or anything just took it all. I work in pizza so I feel like it’s just respectful to ask if they need change . I was going to tip her originally but I feel like she shouldn’t have just assumed bc not everyone will tip. With the same driver she also left part of my order in the hot bag and I had to then say something or she would’ve never got it . But overall I’ve had great experiences with this store keep up the good work!
I placed a pickup order and when I got there to pickup.. I was told their truck did not come in there for the only thing I was able to pick up was the brownies I should have been called and told that my order was not complete before I drove 10 minutes to get there.. Today I'm trying to confirm that they actually have what I want to order in stock so that I don't drive 10 minutes out of my way to pick it up but they will not pick the phone is being clicked off after the first ring.. My call has been transferred to them four times and every single time after the first ring they hang up(Douglasville Location on corner of Brownsville Rd & hwy 92 same shopping center as Food Depot)
Fast service and really great food for a chain place. LOTS of order mistakes though. We have had the wrong food delivery, curbside, and in-store pick up. Be sure your things are right before you leave/the driver leaves.
3 stars out of 5 based on the best that a domino’s pizza can be, so no stars taken off based on the quality of the food they offer. This dominos consistently underperforms. They clear items from the make line early to meet corporate wait time goals. Problem is that throws off when I should arrive for a carry out. I don’t mind waiting 40 minutes for an order, but I hate being told I’ll be ready in 15 minutes and then find that I have to wait 30 minutes in the lobby. I also don’t appreciate having the store’s rug rolled up and taking all the chairs, so I have to stand and wait. They also stretch old dough and pre-stretch too many hand tossed pizzas and leave them to dry out and get hard. That practice is fine for an hour before use, but many of these are sitting for 2-3 hours before use later in the evening.
We just received our online order of undercooked wings! Called the store to attempt to resolve and received the worst customer service ever! Someone else got on the phone and just started talking, never introducing themselves nor offering an amicable solution for food from their establishment, that could make us sick.. I mean raw chicken! Unbelievable!
Service is amazing and quick as well! I have never needed to get delivery because it's around the corner. Their chicken meals are delicious too! I have had tried them all by now!
I love this Domino's!! My family wasn't a big Domino's fan coming from Florida. But they make a heck of a pizza. We are all sold. Especially if you get extra sauce it's delicious.
If I could give a zero normally I don't do reviews but I spent over 30 dollars my chicken was hard and looked like crumbs no honey bbq sauce, didn't receive salad, or ant sauce for that matter, pizza slices were extra small, called to get a refund for missing items that weren't delivered and never received it called after 5 days and she says it will be on the card immediately 3 hours later still waiting,the worse first and last time ordering at this one , I'll stick to Fairburn rd were I always get excellent service. Passed beyond words
Ordered a week ago. Was very late. Pizza was cold. No plastic ware for pasta. Decided to try again. And my pizza looks like it was delivered in a jet. Absolutely silly. I'll never order from this location again.
I HATE leaving negative reviews, but here we go. Ordered at 7:14 for curbside delivery. Was advised via the tracker it would be ready between 7:52-8:02 for pickup. Arrived at 7:52 for pick-up and "checked in." 8:07...still nothing. I called at 8:09 and was told that "my pizza was 2nd in line to go into the oven." Uhh.. huh?! I was confused by this being that at this time, I am here 7 min after the latest promised pick up time. The employee on the phone informed me that "sometimes the app does that.. doesn't update the time.. " I sat quiet for a second.. "okay, well, I'm here at the time Dominos told me to be." He responded with, "yeah it will be about another 15 min." I've already paid at this point so waiting for a refund on my card would be more of a hassle, if anything like the process of simply getting said pizza. So we wait. Pizza comes out at 8:30. She forgot the coke, had to run back in since we advised her. Got home and realized the 2 sauces that I was charged for to dip the bread sticks in were left out. ? If that wasn't enough to drive you insane. The pizza was PAPER THIN! Legit, thin crust, but mush. The dough was not cooked. ? It was see-through and felt like gum in your mouth. So, here I am.. 9:15. Cooking my cursed pizza in the oven. Still haven't eaten. Damn spongebob.. "2 hours later" STILL NOT EATING.
