May 29, 2022I called in my carry out order at 2163 Fairburn Rd, Douglasville Ga. Which I frequent. After arriving to the store and looking at my pizza, I saw that the edges on the pizza were burnt and it was hard. I told the representative at the register. At that time another gentleman (Tommy) came to the register and I explained to him the problem. He threw the incorrect pizza out, and was goingto have it remade. As I stood there, I saw Tommy go into the trash can to cut off the edge of the box to see what I ordered, instead of pulling it up in the computer. And then went to the stove to continue cooking without washing his hands! When I bought this to his attention, he said he was not making my pizza. As I was trying to Express my concerns, he asked if I wanted a refund, I said yes, because of the burnt pizza, unsanitary, and horrible customer service! He also told me that he was unable to print a refund receipt And he walked off with attitude. Not good customer service nor cleanliness! No matter whose pizza he was making. He should never pull something out of the trash. This is not sanitary at all. This should be addressed.

I ordered three pizzas. None of them where properly cut. The thin crust pizza had the edge torn off of it. The hand those wasn't even sliced through the middle of the pizza. So, one side ad slices that were significantly shorter than the ones on the other side. When I called the store for there we will make it right option. The manager said he could not do anything unless I came back to the store. Why wasn't this quality che ked before bringing orrrrthe order to my car. Why do I have to burn more gas to show you how you jacked up my oorder

ordered from the wrong Domino's and a very rude man who said he was the manager and wouldn't give his name hung up on me 3 times because they couldn't deliver my pizza but couldn't give my money back immediately so I couldn't order my grandkids any pizza because I was broke at that point and I called a 4th time and a man named Bobby said he was the manager and he couldn't give my money back for 3 to 5 days he didn't care what I said to just call 1-800 Domino's if I wanted to complain, I won't order from you again I can tell they are not the one I usually order from they were awful except for the nice girl who called me first and I know for a fact they could have transferred that order to the right store

I have only ordered from this location once.. However, it was a great experience. I got my pizza in under an hour. And the delivery driver actually knocked on my door and handed the pizza to me. Instead of just leaving it outside.

I ordered 2 pizzas on Jan 4th. It took 3 hours to be delivered and all along it was promised it was “on the what”. So of course the 2 pizzas were no good when they arrived and I was told I shouldn’t cancel because it was “in route” The deliver driver had several deliveries. They were short staffed and I get it. So they offered a free pizza for the trouble. Of course I call today and they don’t have anything documented so I was treated like “Jon Smith” asking for something free. The manager refused to come to the phone. After I was upset, I kept asking for TOMMIE the manager but they refused to assist because they were short staffed. At the end of a long day your just wanting to feed your kids and redeem your credit due when it should count. I’m not really sure why this store is even open if they can’t get pizzas to anyone on time. I was hung up on 3 times and when I asked why other callers were more important, you know what they said… “Did you want to pay full price?” Just don’t even bother upsetting yourself. This is a cheap lesson but I feel so taken advantage of. The reviews below are just like this one.

we called ahead and placed an order for puck up at 11 pm. we get there at 1140 pm and she seems us standing at the door and keeps walking around the counters cleaning. so after 5 minutes we call and she says it's our fault that they take out stops at 11 and they shouldn't of taken our order. huh? what sense. very ghetto wouldn't recommend. no stars needs to be a choice.

Had to call 2 times pizza was so late getting there and then it was barely warm. After waiting so long was in bed when it finally came. It took 1 hour and 45 mins. The driver wanted a tip. Not again do better with vending machine.

Left the bread off my order. Called the next morning simply asking for a credit for the bread, which I was given. Placed an order that night and tried to add the bread and was told the credit wasn't there and was asked if I wanted to speak with a manager. The person I spoke with was not a manager but a combative Jerk. He argued with me about my order the day before until I got so irritated I canceled my current order. Even if I was wrong (which I wasn't) it was bread already promised me. And bread at that, when I am ordering pizza. It must be awesome to have genius management like this. I just feel sorry for the people who work for them.

Ordered my food arrived fast but if you look at the toppings they are all in the center of the pizza this isn't the first time I have had problems with this dominos

You guys always do a great job with delivery. The food is always GREAT!!!! I can really tell you have new management compared to a year ago! GREAT JOB!
