Egg shell in my eggs. No breakfast meat other than pork.
It's been the second time I ordered online and it says 30 minutes until it's ready..well I waited for like an hour to get my food I live like 8 minutes away and when I got home my food wasn't even warm it was cold im not someone who complain but on this case I feel like have to do it because it wasn't a good service. I've been there dining in never had a problem everything was good but online it is a different story I can say it is bad service.
The lunch and dinner food at Cracker Barrel is OK but not my favorite. It really needs more seasoning. I had the meatloaf and my wife the fried chicken. The cornbread was on the dry side. We asked to be seated by the window and were told that there was any wait staff so we sat down and watched as 2 families were then seated at the windows within a few minutes by a different host. One nice thing was the use of scan and pay for checking out. We didn't need to wait on a line.
Had a good time here. The food did take a while to come. But, the waitress did bring us some biscuits for the long wait. It’s the little things like that, that make a place worth visiting. The food was good. I enjoyed my chicken sandwich. My wife enjoyed her mail and so did my daughter. We’ll be visiting again. And the price was just right.
We stopped at this location on our way home from Atlanta to Birmingham and had a lovely experience. The store and dining space were very clean, and the staff was extremely welcoming. We overheard they were short staffed, as so many restaurants currently are, but that did not deter the staff from providing excellent service. Everyone on the floor had a smile and was so kind. The team and management are doing a great job bringing kindness to others.
The waitress will get 5 stars. She was very polite and cordial. But Cracker Barrel gets 2. Dissatisfied with their operating rules. They refuse to let me order a bowl of dumplings while they serve dumplings in a bowl. I’m very disappointed in the refusal to accommodate such an easy request.
I love Cracker Barrel but not this location!! I recently moved down the street from this location and was hoping that it would be as good as the location off of Thornton rd but it’s terrible! Some of my food was over cooked, I received super small quantities for meals that included three sides and my biscuits looked like pretzels. The next day, I checked my bank account and realized that I’d been overcharged $10 and when I called the restaurant the manager told me that she may be able to credit my account the overcharge if there wasn’t an issue with her investigation. I had my order number and a screenshot of my total so there shouldn’t have been a problem to begin with. After expressing my disappointment with the entire experience on the restaurant site I received a coupon for a free dessert that I will never use. Guess I’ll have to drive further to my favorite location because this one is definitely not it.
I visited this location and had the most wonderful customer service given by Caleb (host) and Sarah (server). I shared with Caleb the meaning of his name (warrior) and Sarah was such a great mentor and example to the young adult staff working there.Both were friendly and went out of their way to ensure my visit was memorable. Team - Job well done!
We go to this Cracker Barrel often, but have had to wait a lot longer due to staffing shortages. We were so happy to be seated quickly on our last visit. It was mid afternoon at shift change. We soon realized that being seated quickly didn’t mean eating quickly. We waited a very long time with no one coming to take our order or even acknowledge we were there. We were about to walk out when a young man that was serving the two big tables in front noticed we were waiting for a server. We ask him if he was our waiter, he wasn’t but he immediately ask what we wanted to drink and he would find our server. He came back with our drinks and explained that our server was running late and he would be our server. He took our order then brought our bread out early since we had waited so long. His attitude was amazing, very polite, apologetic and concerned. He did everything he could to make sure we were taken care off with the upmost professionalism. Our food was out to us in just a few minutes, he had put a rush on it. Talon is the server and he was the best we have ever had, at Cracker Barrel or anywhere. Talon is a wonderful asset for your restaurant, he alone turned our experience from a 1 star to a 5 star. Cracker Barrel is known for their home like environment, and that is what Talon exemplified. He made us feel like we were in his home and he wanted to be sure we left happy! This young man needs to be in management!!!
Waitress was nice and friendly little wait on the food but was pleasantly surprised with the amount.
