I have only been to this location 3 times and twice I've had to deal with an attitude from a blonde girl who works there. During my last visit I picked up an online order and once I got into the car realized they did not include my cone. I went back and received one in a plastic bag only to realize when I got home it was broken like the picture. There were no crumbs in the bag which means it was broken before she put it there. Mistakes can happen but the fact she's had an attitude the times I've had her makes me think otherwise
Great customer service. I went there10 minutes before they close but sill they took my order with great smile and helped me pick out best ice cream. Love this place and always great experience. This place never fails. Thank you Coldstone creamery, managers and employees.
I have always visited this location but as of late the quality of service has sadly declined. I recently went in and found it very disturbing that no one wears a net. The girls that were in there on the evening of 2/22/22 had to go to the back to get the ice cream and literally brought it to the front on 2 paddle scoopers. There was one girl who was scratching at the ice on the board with her fingernail and if that wasn't bad enough the second girl preceded to plop the ice cream down on the same unclean board the girl was just scratching her nail on!. The straw that broke the camel's back was the fact that the girl who got the ice cream had a hair scrunchie on her wrist while mixing people's ice cream!! This location really needs to get it together!!

Tonight I called the store at 9:25 Pm. I spoke to a lady who said that they will close at 10 pm and take the last customer at 10 pm. I stated “Ok I just wanted to make sure you won’t be closing the door early before I make a long drive” and the employee respond “You you’re good”. I arrived at 9:57 and pulled on the door only to notice that both doors were locked. There was a lady continuing to clean up instead of making eye contact and saying that they were closed. I then waited at the door for approximately 5 min because I just drove over 30 min and I wanted to speak to the person I spoke to earlier. I figured someone would come back out maybe a manager to cut the lights off. Instead of someone coming out to close up and shut the lights off, they avoid even stepping out of the door way to cut the lights off so they reach their arm around a wall and hit the switch. That was probably the most rudest thing at this point because they knew there was a customer out side of the store that was there before they closed at 10 pm and they refused service. I then drove around the back to tell them that was rude and that I actually drove a while to get there for ice cream. Someone then cracks the door and holds a phone out with a flash to video tape or take a picture of my car. To me it seems as a racial cry out for them to be victims when this is poor customer service on them. I then talk to the pizza place next door just to see if this is normal for that cold stone to act in such a way. I then got back into my car and they cracked the door again. It was obvious that they were watching me on camera which was weird. After, I left but I can’t wait to call corporate. As soon as I drove off, sure enough, I see a slew of cars leaving the parking lot. I have never experienced this from a cold stone in my life. Those ladies made me feel like it was a crime to get ice cream and speak to a manager.
I have lived in Douglasville for 11 years and have frequently visited this Cold Stone, after today's experience I don't know if I will again. My daughter placed an online order for pickup by me and not a 3rd party. Upon arriving there wasn't anyone in the front of the store. I was greeted shortly after by a young lady, I provided her with the name on the order and showed the confirmation. She searched but could not find the order. Two other young ladies came from the back, one stated that the order was prepared and already picked up. Imagine my surprise,because my daughter is 14 and cannot drive so there is no way she picked it up. All three young ladies, without apology went on to help the other customers all whom came in after me and literally pretended as if I was not there. It was not until I asked for a manager did anyone WANT to assist. I was informed that a manager was not there. The young lady told me they would have to call the owner. So they called the owner, and came back out and asked for my order confirmation again I showed it to her. Finally my order was prepared. All of this lasted approximately 30-40 mins. After handing me the ice cream she continued to affirm that she already prepared the order, still with no apology, actually it was very accusatory in her tone and demeanor. I am uncertain if it was the hoodie, sweat pants and Ugg boots that I had on but the profile of my purpose was not necessary. I traveled from my home to Cold Stone because my daughter asked me to, not to "swindle" anyone out of a $7.00 cup of ice cream. Please understand that the professionalism, and common customer service was thrown out of the window. Staff needs better training, I understand that good help is hard to come by but this place like many others will suffer if not corrected.
If you want great service ask for sophia Lewis! she is one of the greatest workers I know! She makes a mean chocolate devotion and will always give u a great smile! Tip her all yo pocket change!

Love the Ice Cream and different flavors. Wish they had many more flavors.? Great place. Pricey but worth it!
