Great pizza and friendly service but it was a little hot in the building
This place is OK. Your kid will have a great time. The food is pretty good the prices are not too bad but they should work on the games. Too many games are out of order or don't work properly. I'm glad they are on a timed system as opposed to points, although that is an option, but if multiple games are down what's the point of unlimited play?? Anyway other than that like I say you can have a good time but I hope they get a handle on all those out of order games.
Had a great experience, my grandson which is 2 had plenty of fun rides and games he could enjoy
Great fun for the kids, especially while they are young. Wish there were a little more affordable options. Two kids, two adults, a couple of pizzas, 4 drinks and 2 play cards were over $100.00 Can only afford a couple of times a year on special occasions. Employees are friendly and helpful.
Always clean and friendly. My daughter loves playing here and requests to do so often.So on my off days, this is one of our spots!
This would be our 2nd time going to this location and it was Awesome. The food was Great and the children was having a Blast. The you to the Entire crew this weekend. Y'all made our experience memorable
I like the play as much as you want cards and that they verify that’s your kid before you leave. That’s worth the price.
Jonathan (I think was his name) was amazing to my us today! He went above and beyond to carter to us. He heard her kept talking Chuckie so he went and suited up. It wasn’t t busy so I’m sure it wasn’t a must to make rounds like they will do on the weekend but he did. So thank you, young man. You had a smile on your face the whole time we were there. Great customer service. As a manger, I would hire you to be apart of my establishment.
Not what it used to be. As someone who grew up going to chuck e cheese, I'm highly disappointed that they do not give tickets anymore, all goes on a card. They do not give tokens either. Part of the fun was counting tickets. You cant watch the animatronics anymore. If you say this is for safety and public health, that is BS. Anyplace with that many kids is a petri dish and taking those things away does not make it less of a petri dish. My 3 year old who doesnt know of the old ways, loved it thus 3 stars.
When I need to get work done or just take a few minutes to relax I bring my 10 & 11 year old here to occupy time and get some play time. The staff is nice the one that stands out the most is Dorien he should Definitely be recognized as an outstanding employee. He interacts with the kids and parents, smiles, and just makes our experience enjoyable every time we visit this location.
