If I could give no stars I would, went in 7/17/22 ordered a burrito bowl, and kids taco tray. The rice was not edible it burned my chest trying to eat it. It was nothing but cilantro and lime juice, the chicken had absolutely no flavor at all. My son tried to eat his taco lol, he couldn’t so he opted to put the rice in the wrap ? but the wrap was too hard, he tossed it and ate corn dog instead. This is my 4 time here, because I keep hoping it gets better, it’s worse every single time. Waste of money.
This Chipotle is so hit-or-miss. If you order ahead and opt to pick-up at the drive-thru you still will have to wait so I don't even know why they have a pick-up window. Every time I go here they're out of something and the employees are the absolute slowest with no sense of urgency.The good thing about this location is that their food is usually fresh because they have so many customers. One of the only places in Douglasville to eat if you're vegan.
I ordered online to pick up at Chipotle this evening. When I got there, my order had been given away! I had to wait for them to make my entire order over! Then the manager offered two sweet teas while we waited, they were very UNSWEETENED! Then when the order was finally made, it had soft shell tacos when I had ordered crunchy! I took the order back inside for the manager to tell me that they were out of crunchy shells! My husband does not eat soft taco shells! I should have been told about the lack of crunch taco shells, because that’s what I ordered! The manager said that she could not issue a refund for this item and that I had to do it online. This DOUGLASVILLE location is going down fast! I was so excited for this restaurant to finally come to Douglasville, but now I can’t patronize this location because of the poor service and lack of care for the customers.
Was literally given 5 pieces of small steak in my bowl, asked the young lady to add more because that was not the normal size portion. Got to the register, she tried to charge me for double meat, the manager was called over and the manager had a very nasty attitude and lacked basic customer service skills. Will never go there again, as they have always been hit or miss with the taste but it’s worth the drive to drive an additional 15-20 minutes to the Camp Creek location.
My one tip for this place is do not order online! I ordered online and requested extra chicken and paid the extra four dollars for it along with extra veggies, extra cheese, extra lettuce and extra salsa. I did not receive one thing extra. When the burrito was handed to me through the drive-through it felt much lighter than when I had ordered the same exact thing at other locations. I thought I was given someone else’s order. After visible inspection of my burrito and trying to go back in the store to return it, it was obvious that they are skimping on ingredients, even when you pay for extra meat because they were busy and they don’t want to have to prepare additional ingredients, So they intentionally skimp even when you order and pay for extra meat, so they don’t have to prep more ingredients. Inflation is at a 40 year high and we’re in a recession and they literally stole $3.80 out of my pocket.
I never leave reviews but let me be the first to say this is my last time dealing with this location. I have placed two delivery orders and both times the order is wrong. You cannot call and all they offer is a free entree. No they need to refund the entire order delivery and I will be disputing the charges through my bank!! Buyers beware! Incompetent staff can’t read off the order and make sure it gets in the right bag smh tragic
Costumer service was terrible, and one worker disrespected us in front of the whole restaurant, telling us to pay for our food as is, even though he messed it up completely. Go to camp creek or fair burn and save your time and energy. If somehow the manager of this chipotle sees this post do yourself and everyone a favor and re-evaluate your staff.
I first fell in love with Chipotle in Colorado. First time having it in Douglasville, Georgia. Sadly I was disheartened by the meal. Other reviews said the customer service was lacking but I thought they were very friendly and speedy considering their line! I got there Friday night at 8:40 & was gone about 915. The line stretched to the patio door but no staff was complaining. They greeted each customer in turn & almost all of the people in front of me had multiple items in their order, including myself. The reason I did 3 stars was that the rice was undercooked. Means the bowl I bought for tomorrow's lunch will also be undercooked. The flavors are still there so that made me happy but the rice is something you have in every bite & is basically impossible to take off once the burritos have been wrapped. I'll be going back again in the future, in hopes that tonight was a fluke. If not, ill sadly steer clear of this location
The customer service here is horrible and a complete lack of ownership of mistakes. My husband and I ordered online, which I was already VERY hesitant about because they've messed up my order before. None the less, we went ahead and ordered. My husband went to pick it up and came home. They managed to get my order correct this time, which is why they get 2 stars. However, they messed up my husband's order by adding lettuce he didn't ask for, no queso, wrong type of chicken, and too much sour cream. He dumped all the lettuce in my bowl and tried to eat his bowl. It tasted so bad that my husband threw it away. I watched him trying to eat, but gagging from the sour taste and wrong combination of ingredients. My husband then drove back to the Chipotle to explain what happened. The representatives proceeded to tell him that they KNOW they made the order correctly, but he could get another one with annoyance and just walked away. How do you tell someone you KNOW you made it correctly as if you are above making mistakes and can remeber every bowl or burrito you make?! And have the nerve to be annoyed?! Why would someone waste their time driving to your establishment for the 2ND TIME just to make something up?! You work in customer service. Treat ppl the way you want to be treated! If someone messed up your order that you paid a good bit of money for you would also want what you ordered. Obviously, you all need to hire new employees or get new management. Your reviews speak volumes. Had I seen these reviews before ordering we wouldn't have bothered ordering. No worries though, you won't receive our business anymore. That's a promise. Get your establishment together before it's out of business.I would not recommend this location at all. Don't waste your time and money here.
I’ve never seen a staff so rude to customers and each other. Food was awful and not cooked. This was only my second time going and the second trip was worst than the first. I don’t know how this place stays open. Food was just awful but the staff being so rude will for sure be the reason I never go back and never suggest eating here again. Store was a mess trash was everywhere and no trashcan outside trash was literally in the parking lot everywhere littering up the environment as well. I hope this location closes soon and something better is replaced by it.
