Always must clean charcoal off grilled chicken to make edible. Grill never cleaned? Asked repeatedly at store. Reached out on Facebook twice. No response. Called store. Said I would get a call back. Didn’t happen.

I just had the worst experience at the chick fil a, located at 3202 GA-5, Douglasville, Ga. I have been a long standing customer at this location for over 10 years, but after today I will not come to this store anymore. They have consistently messed up my orders and given me cold food in the past, but I looked past the mistakes and kept coming as a loyal patron due to speedy service. I went to grab some food for my family. After paying for my food, they gave me my drinks and asked had I received my food. I replied no, with confusion. They couldn’t locate where my food was, so they asked me to pull forward. I did. I waited over 30 mins in the designated parking space. I assumed they forgot about me, so I pulled back through the drive through and informed them that I had never received my food. They then searched my car to see if I was lying. They found no food, only the drinks they had given me. The person then retook my order. After I got to the window they gave me cold food, I asked if I could have an ice cream to make up for the inconvenience. The woman replied with an attitude that they had already made my food over twice before. They gave out my order to the wrong car twice, and were trying to demonize and hold me accountable for THEIR mistakes. If I could give this store 0 stars I would.

The service and accuracy of this restaurant has drastically decreased over time. They are more focused on meeting their time for the drive-thru than they are for customer service and accuracy. I would definitely recommend a different location.

Gave me my drinks the drink container fell apart when I was placing it in my car. All I got was an I'm sorry ma'am for the staff. No sauces in my bag. My meals were not right. Maybe for ome second if you were not rushed so much through the drive thru this would not be an issue.Editting to add, using people initails DOES NOT WORK. Mixed up orders over two letters? Come on.

Everyday. I order a Togo. Drivethru. It’s wrong. They make a snark comment like all your condiments are in the bag. And my pleasure when you say thanks. But it’s always wrong. And when you call back they say. You can just come back in pick it up. No. I don’t want to come back. Do it right the first time. It’s reoccurring constantly. Seems that if your have a business that does great volume you’d care kinda about missing food.

I can't remember the last time I went to a Chick-fil-A and thought it was a waste of money. The fries were undercooked and super greasy and my custom sandwich was lukewarm at best. The chicken tenders were mushy.... how!?! I asked for a replacement and when they brought the food back out, the gentleman was treating me like I was an inconvenience! No one on the drive-through line staff was pleasant except for the young lady at the window. I left thinking I was being punked.... this is not the Christian Chicken I'm use to!

Have had multiple issues in the past. Latest was ordering a spicy chicken with Colby cheese and bacon. Got home 30 mins away and theres no bacon. Drive 30 mins back and the cashier was refusing to remake my sandwich unless I gave the messed up one back, and offering no compensation for the inconvenience of my time and gas spent due to their mistake. Spoke to manager personally and he agreed to me keeping the sandwich after I said they would have thrown it in the trash anyways. I get home with the remake after a total of 1.5 hour round trip, and it has pepperjack cheese instead of colby. Just a bunch of dolts who cant put chicken, cheese, and bacon between bread

They use to be on point but when you ask for 3 sandwiches with Xtra pickles and the lady puts down 1 sandwich with 3x-xtra pickles you don't get your order right. Then you asked for 12 chickfila sauce and she puts down 3 for some stupid reason.. Yall need to get your stuff together stop slacking.. Then I try calling them cause I'm already at home when I notice and they refuse to answer the phone

This is the worst chic fil a I’ve been to & not why you envision when you think of the chic fil a experience. They are always SO rude and inconsistent. It’s close by so it’s convenient to visit, but the inconsistency is not worth that convenience. I would rather spend my money at another chic fil a. I’ve ordered salads here before with no bacon and today they tell me they are not allowed to take anything off. They did not give any other options other than “we can’t do that. Our manager Mike Moore doesn’t allow it.” The food is always cold- no matter time of day. I’ve tried going during different parts of day , assuming maybe one time it was too busy or too late, etc. so I was willing to give another chance. This is the only chic fil a that I have been to that does not allow modifications- such as: no bacon. I’ve always shown grace when employees are rude, thinking it’s too busy for them, but I see it’s all the time at this location. There’s always at least one thing wrong when I visit- no straw, missing condiments, rude employee, no napkins, wrong food/drink item. Several instances make it a problem. I don’t recommend visiting this location & will go elsewhere. This store is definitely not standard.
