hot food and as always fast service!
I was not too happy with my order at this restaurant. I asked for the grilled chicken club meal with no tomatoes in the sandwich. The grilled chicken CLUB is supposed to come with bacon on the sandwich. The bacon was missing and the tomatoes were in the sandwich. If that was the case I would of just paid for the regular grilled chicken sandwich meal that doesn’t include bacon. But I paid more to not even get what I paid extra for.
I have eaten here many times and it's usually very good but yesterday was so different I got there about 20 minutes after they opened got my breakfast and went home that biscuit was terrible the bread was hard around the edges and the chicken was so dry. It was like I was served a biscuit that was left over and reheated I was totally surprised. For the price of the food it shouldn't even happen one time.
Fast doesn't even begin to describe the service at Chick-fil-A. They have drive thru service down to an art. I have never been disappointed in the food there, always good and always hot.
Time and time again. They mess up my orders. I mean...Where are the Waffle Fries ? Why can't I drink my lemonade without pulp taking over my draw?? What's even worse is my daughter said the chicken is to mushy...They you to be the best not anymore too many young kids goofing around! The managers don't make it right. It should be y'all pleasure to also make the customer issues right!
Went for lunch thinking they'd do better this time around. 2nd time I stop by this week both times disappointed.The 1st time one of the chickens on the sandwich I ordered was half the size of the other, don't have time to be driving back and forth, went back for the 2nd time thinking it would be better ordered large meal the fries looked like a bunch were missing also ordered no pickles and it had pickles.
Incredible Chic-fil-A. Phenomenal service from young pretty black girl with big afro at the Drive Thru - as well as at pick-up counter. The 4-5 girls inside were working like a well oiled machine. Amazing service and efficiency. Food all tasted great as well. Will be back next time I'm in Douglasville.
Chick-fil-A usually has great service but they can fail sometimes. Order was not correct, ask for mayonnaise and received none and fries were hard as a rock. Only 1 fry was soft out of the whole order.We will go back but will double check order before leaving drive-thru
I placed a mobile order at 11:29. I arrived at the restaurant at 11:39. I get in line and I inform the drive thru person that I have a mobile order. He asked for the name, I gave it, he waved me through. Then I get to the window and the cashier says she doesn't have my order. The drive thru clerk comes and tried to walk the cashier through the steps to find MG order and its still no where to be found although Google pay sent me a notification that my order was paid for. The cashier then asks me to pull forward and someone will re-take my order. I wait another 10 minutes and the person who originally took my order cuts around and re-takes my order. Said he would comp it out since my transaction already went through. I did not receive my food until 12:03 at which point my food had been sitting because my fries were cold and so was my sandwich but all they would do was apologize. I didn't fuss or curse or anything I just took my food and drove back to work. There was no offer to refund my money for the original order or anything for having to wait for almost 30 minutes for some cold food. I was on my lunch break (which I was late returning from because of this) so I did not have time to deal with it the way I wanted to. So disappointed.
I ordered a salad for dinner tonight and received this! Please explain where the chicken is? I go to check my food because I always do and I tell the lady at the window that there’s no chicken on this salad she goes “it just got moved around, I’m sorry but there’s nothing I can do” umm like switch out the salads maybe? Short story short I just left. But honestly this is unacceptable. Do better chick-fil-a.Oh and they forgot my dressing and my tortilla chips?
