Great food and service! Glad we went for my Birthday!

The people are friendly and the staff are very professional and friendly also

My family has eaten at this Carrabas location many times since they opened. Always clean, great staff, food is delicious! Togo curbside is always accurate, fast and convenient. LOVE their food!

Stopped at the Carrabba’s in Douglasville, GA for lunch with high expectations because we’ve never been there and they did not disappoint!Meal started off with fresh baked Italian bread and a mix of herbs and olive oil to dip. Delicious. We ordered the sampler appetizer with sausage stuffed mushrooms, cheese sticks, and the most delicious calamari we’ve ever had. 5 stars on the meal so far! Our meals were the Johnny Trio, the chicken trio, and Shrimp & Scallop Linguine Alla Vodka. The trios were simply the most delicious things we had ever had. The pasta we so flavorful and delicious. 5 more stars. Now here’s the secret ingredient, Amber! She was the most helpful, pleasant, and wonderful server. She makes a good meal 1,000% better! Amber thank you!!Do yourself a favor, be open minded and try the place. Highly recommend the Lentil and sausage soup. Wow!!!

The staff is amazing! After walking out of Outback because of rude staff we came here to celebrate my husband and weren't disappointed!! Our server was amazing and so nice! The food was excellent! We had the dipping trio, appetizers trio with mozza sticks, mushrooms, and calamari. Followed up by lobster ravioli and the rosa chicken. It was heaven in every bite! Will definitely be back!

We called and were added to waitlist. We arrived informed the hostess we were. Over an hour and shift change later we were still waiting. According to the new hostess we were informed the previous hostess did not let her know we had arrived. Hard to believe since we checked in 4 times during our wait and were told they were setting up the table. I didn't even bother to complain as poor manager appeared to be dealing with complaints all across the restaurant. Best advice walk in and wait or never go to that Carrabba's during shift change.

Ate here for the first time this past weekend. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and it wasn’t busy, very lowkey. I ordered the shrimp & scallop linguini vodka pasta which, I loved. and the signature Spicy chicken soup, which was also really good. Service was good too. Excited to go back to try something different.

Service was amazing!!Our waitress was super polite and made sure we were taken care of 100%.Food however was not bad but definitely not great. I ordered Chicken Parm. Chicken was a previously frozen patty with sauce and cheese. Reminded me of Burger King's value chicken sandwich with red sauce in top. Had a side of spaghetti that was over cooked and watery. Teens ordered some sort of fettuccine with peas and mushrooms... bland also.Overall not impressed and not worth $100. We've eaten here before and had a better experience with our meal. Maybe we ordered the wrong items.?

Just want to take a moment to recognize Ana. My partner and I stopped in Saturday night and we received the best service that we can remember in a very very long time. With businesses being short staffed in today’s world… positive customer service can be hard to find. Ana was quick, overly polite, and spoke to specials and could name off quick ingredients in the food. We had a shellfish allergy and she was so fast to respond with the right information. She was just amazing! We sat and talked after dinner for around 3 hours and she never once seemed concerned with how long we had been there.Ana is a true gem and I hope she is able to be recognized for how great she took care of us.When I called to recognize her to the manager… he spoke just as highly of her and the rest of his team. It seems like an awesome culture and they are lucky to have both the manager and Ana!

Despite being short staffed, all staff were friendly and food was delicious!
