The price of food has went up sky high but the meals taste mediocre. Pay attention - they are now charging almost $10 for a low quality meal combo.

This location deserves zero stars. They were rude and had no customer service skills. The guy at the window didn't even speak to us when we spoke to him multiple times asking for sauces, saying thank you, saying have a good day, he didn't say anything. They charged us for a kids combo and didn't include it, they gave us medium fries even though 2 combos were large, and they didn't have most drinks we asked for. That store needs a whole remodel, the staff that is. Management was supposed to contact me according to customer service and it's been almost 2 weeks.

This Burger King went down fast. The quality at this store is absolutely in the toilet. Burger King as a whole is barely worth the trouble of even stopping so its no big surprise with corporate standards being so low that this store is as bad as it is.

I ordered 2 meals from here (1 being a whopper) and chicken fries. They gave me 1 meal, chicken fries and regular fries from the other meal but NO whopper. CHECK THE BAG BEFORE LEAVING, no mater how many times you have been here!

I don’t even think this place deserved a one star. The workers were nice but they constantly kept getting my order wrong. If u feel like waiting 30 minutes for some nasty food then come here. Every time I ask for sauce on my burger it’s always overfilled with ketchup which gets everywhere. Then the fries are hard, they’re nice and crunchy but doesn’t taste like it has enough seasoning. the meat on my burger just taste odd. It reminds me of hard tires.

Young boys today are great! Polite, fast and very accurate in taking and handing over order with everything!!! Fish and Whopper sandwiches were fresh and tasty. Thank you and hope this continues. We will be back.

It was neat and clean better than the other burger kings I've been too so far. We got our food pretty quick ? ?

This restaurant doesn't even deserve a one star ITS TRASH! WHY THE CITY OF TUCKER HASN'T CLOSE THIS LOCATION THERE COUNTLESS THINGS WRONG. 1. LIGHTENING 2.PARKING LOCK CRACK,BUSTED AND ABAD HOLE COMING THE DRIVE THRU . 3. THE MENU BOARD DOESN'T WORK ELECTRICAL THEY HAVE PLACE POSTERS THAT HAS FALLEN OVER. 4. SPEAKER BOX DOESN'T WORK. 5. THE VERY DARK LOOKING FROM THE OUTSIDE. 6. WINDOWS LOOKS DIRTY. IF YOU REALLY NEED BK GO TO THE ONE ON PLEASANTDALE RD GETTING OFF 85 FROM THE QT ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE. AND THE MARK-KEY ON ONESIDE BROKEN NO SIGNIN IT.

Don’t bother coming here unless you want to get constant wrong orders. I come in two days in a row with wrong orders and yesterday night they were closed the moment I drove up which I understood, but that wouldn’t have happened if they got my order right and the fact one worker had the audacity to argue with me behind the window as if it was my fault for getting the wrong food. Bad service, few horrible workers, and disrespectful. Should be grateful I’m even giving it a two star.

I’m not sure if it was a manager or an employee but literally about 1:59 PM On the 19th I called to find out about the order that I placed over an hour ago the order was canceled and yes I did receive a refund but I don’t care for refund I wanted the food I called and asked why it was canceled I’m told that the broiler is broken and that I need to contact DoorDash after letting the young lady know that I ordered through the Burger King app she said OK Well it’s the same thing DoorDash I said well we don’t know that we just know that we’re ordering Using the app the young lady was very rude I think she was a supervisor she had a Spanish accent and she basically laughed and hung up I think you guys Record your phone calls as well as your speaker and drive through that I wish someone would really listen to the conversation about 1:59 PM on today thank you
