First of all been to many different locations and this one a lot throughout the years. Pulled in and only had a couple cars in the lot. We still waited 10-15 to be sat. Waitress brought drinks quickly and took our orders. Fast forward 45 minutes later they brought out one meal at a time for the 8 of us. Chicken was hard and old so we sent it back for new. New didn't come out much better. After we ate waitress brought the check and turned $5.99 kids meals into $16.00 meals and told us there's nothing they can do about it. Our waitress and the manager refused to come talk to us they sent other waitresses over to talk. Never made the ticket right they just marked it down close to what we said it should be. Very unprofessional and will never come to that location again. Hopefully the two honest waitress that said they've been up charging everyone get jobs at a better place.
The service and The people restaurant is wonderful ? I love the food and I would really be back again, I enjoyed myself...
It has been twice that I ordered food and it hasn't been good I ordered wings and fries on the wings they give me only flats no drums at all that wasn't nice the fries tasted old it feel like they preheat those fries over and over any other fast food would have better fries than those. this second time I got 2 drums in my order of 10 wings not only that the wings were tiny again another place have bigger wings..it is sad that I have to switch to a different place I used to love wings stop and I switch to Buffalo wild wings now I have to switch again all because the cooker doesn't pay attention.
bathrooms and the place was nasty. food is overpriced. they didn't really have certain items. utensils were dirty. that's really upsetting considering they were plastic disposable ones. won't be going back.
We waited 35 minutes at our table because they couldn’t find a server, when we finally got a server she was nice so no complaints on her, the burgers were literally soaked in grease which made my husband sick, all these happened while our view was looking like this the whole time.
It was my second visit and the worst experience ever. My order was delivered so late that everyone else had finished and was waiting for me. The celery was old and brown at both ends. The manager had to cook my order because they was so far behind cooking the food and all the trainees that were working needed more training. The order was wrong, not everything came out after waiting over 30 minutes after everyone else was served at my table for just my 3 street size type chicken tacos. Was told you don't get silverware unless you ask for them. I saw a lot of worker there but it was messy services all the way around. The waiter didn't know the menu to answer question. Server never came back to check to see if anything was needed, had to flag others passing by for my needs. Who would have a shift full of trainees who are not ready to serve the public yet! Who, who, who said go?????????????????Although the new Manager tried her best to fix things by offering no bill...it was the worst experience ever...the worst!!!! Shut the place down until you have a manager with a staff that trained and ready to go. Stop practicing on your customers time, serving out disappointment and time wasted coming there. GET YOU STAFF TOGETHER!!! SAVE BUFFALO WILD WINGS!!!! YOU STILL GOT A CHANCE!
Hamburgers were greasy. Couldn't taste anything but the grease. Tatertots were delicious once they made it to the table. Our drinks were excellent. Our waitress did her best under the busy circumstances.
B-Dubs is a good go-to if you're in the mood for some wings in Douglasville. Dine-in service and food presentation is way better than the to-go option. Seems like the fries are never fresh. The fries were actually cold yesterday but that's the only negative. The wings were awesome. And the service was on par with all other to-go services in the area.
My husband and I went there yesterday February 20th 2022 and the food was sub par but the service was horrible horrible, And yes I said horrible twice twice because it was just that bad will not be coming back
Floor was greasy... ? several high top tables were available but not cleaned thoroughly (crumbs and what not). Sit at the bar if you want a quicker/better service.
