The ice cream is great but there are times like this one where I asked for regular ice cream a mixing with two toppings I'm informed that the payment will be more and that's fine but when I get my ice cream I get less toppings than when I pay regular price for one and less ice cream I don't understand that otherwise the ice cream is great and things are great not today.
Always ask for an itemize receipt!!!! This place will charge you for large ice cream and give you a small portion. The prices are crazy high! $4.50 for a kiddie ice cream and it was literally the size of a golf ball in a cup! I’ll never go back
If I could leave 0 starts I would . It’s March 17th 10:20pm and I came to get ice cream because the lights were on and I saw a worker with blonde hair on the window clear as day , the hours said they don’t close till 11pm . The lights were on when I pulled in and as soon as I got to the drive through the employees cut Off the lights and act as if they didn’t hear me ask at the mic if they’re open . I pulled around just to see employees sitting in their car and the girl that was at the window when I pulled in disappeared to the back . Terrible customer service smh

I recently ordered a sundae with Oreos caramel and whipped cream, a tacky scoop of vanilla ice cream MAYBE a tablespoon of Oreo and more caramel than ice cream! This isn’t the first time I felt cheated for some $10 ice cream ?? if my storage in my iPhone wasn’t full I’d take a picture of it! But it’s me I’m dumb for going back!
They overcharge for the treats. Almost $9 for a strawberry shortcake. Pretty sure it’s bc they have a drive thru. But still out of pocket in my opinion.Update: saw they responded to another customer saying the markets have gone up and I would agree BUT the Austell location has not gone up on their customers so it sounds like an owner taking advantage of the markets.
I ordered my daughter a ice cream birthday cake. I talked to a young lady when I ordered the cake and what kind I wanted. I asked for a Oreo cake but was given chocolate cake and chocolate ice cream. The manger gave $2.00 off. The cake was dry and did not taste fresh.
Best butter pecan ice cream I ever had! Whole pecans and you can taste the butter in the ice cream!
