Went for dinner last night. The food isn’t as good as I expected but wasn’t completely terrible. I’m my opinion, Applebee’s is now just a go to spot for appetizers and drinks. I didn’t eat most of my salad and the manager was more than accommodating and understanding. Our server was new, but still gave us exceptional service.Service was not the problem. It was the food. The baby back ribs were dry and mostly bones. Also ordered The four cheese Mac with the honey pepper chicken tenders. The chicken tenders were great, the pasta was incredibly terrible and unseasoned. The strawberry balsamic chicken salad was too tart for me. I also ordered the new Tipsy Shark margaritas. It was sweet and wasn’t strong at all. Wouldn’t get it again but can’t complain because it was only $7. However, we really enjoyed the appetizer platter that came with spinach dip, boneless wings, cheese sticks and quesadillas.
Ordered curbside and had to go inside after waiting for 15 minutes after alerting the app that I was outside. My food came out and I was informed that they did not have lemonade and the only non pop option was orange juice…. A upgrade drink to a smoothie wasn’t an option (even though they were out of lemonade). After going through my bag I realized that my order was short a French fry. By the time I drove the 10 minutes to get home my food was cold. Don’t waste your time or money here.
I ordered through Postmates. I ordered the 2 for 28 on the app. I got a pasta and chx tenders. I ordered an extra cup of alfredo sauce for 4 extra dollars and I ordered an extra cup of Honey mustard for 1 extra dollar. I called the applebees to ask if they'd put the extra cup on the side instead of not giving me any extra, like they usually do. She said that would be no problem and seemed sweet on the phone. She was conniving against me and When my order got here my extra alfredo was not in the bag and my honey mustard wasn't in there either. The noodles were dry and cold and Also my fries were ice cold like they were just took straight out the freezer. My marinara for my motz sticks was not marinara it was salsa. And i ordered a sweet tea and a blue ras lemonade and they forgot it or the driver stole it. Very Disappointing for a $70 order. won't be ordering from this location EVER again. going to cooperate about this on Tuesday.This is the last time Applebees gets to scam me out of my money. I used to love coming to this location because it was far better than the one on Thorton Road, but since Covid, they've went down hill & you can't really blame them for it, since they were under staff, but now there shouldn’t be any excuses on why my food is always wrong when I order through DoorDash. The food is always on time but my order is always incorrect! It’s a hassle because no one truly has time to contact support for a refund. When I pick up my order, I never have any issues besides the wait time. I always have to wait 30 minutes or more for my food even though I placed my order an hour in advance.I’m not sure if it’s due to the amount of DoorDash orders or people just can’t read. But they need to do a better job when it comes to DoorDash orders.
Came here with my one year old son and husband on a Wednesday afternoon. When it wasn't too busy and crowded. Food was delicious and the young waiter was very kind! I would come here again.
Ty was my curbside helper and was an absolutely amazing server. He was professional, expedient but most of all pleasant. Give him a raise, he’s a valuable member of your team.
This place needs HELP! Go get a job people! Restaurants need workers to be able to serve people! We waited over an hour to be seated because there was only ONE waitress. We waited that long or longer for our food because there was only ONE person cooking in the kitchen!Thank you to the ones that showed up and worked that day!This was my daughter's first date.Thank you to the waitress that's pregnant with triplets!This place didn't get 1 ⭐ because of this waitress. She was AMAZING!
More attention to cleanliness the plexiglass partition were filthy with endpoints from probably children! Doesn't look as though they are ever cleaned! To come into the establishment late morning , early afternoon dining room mostly empty they're not clean! Appalling! Makes you wonder how the kitchen looks? How clean? This the second time I have visited to a most unpleasant experience! I believe I am done giving this restaurant a chance!!!
Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!Manger seated us at the Bar!!!!Ordered,,waited 30 plus min. 4 our food,,I ordered riblets n fries ?,,a Real simple APPLE BEES favorite!!! Friez were halve the size of real Fries,,which indicates,,,,last of the fries..... Riblets were Cold andddddd drizzled n a LITTLE BBQ SAUCE as if were a decoration!Wait wait wait ✋?,,,and then the We were OFFERED plastic wear instead of SILVERWARE!!!!Of course that was my drawing Point.I ask Why???We were told because the SILVERWARE is in the wash.The Restaurant was NOT EVEN a 1/4 Full!!!Ppl walking in,,Had 2 Stand At the door and WAIT 2 b seated for at least 15 min..Ridiculous!!The Manger Hid Most of the time!! Neva Asked Anyone ANYTHANG,,how was ur food,,how is ANYTHANG..... I Love APPLE BEES!!! HORRIBLE! They were out of 4 different things that we asked for. Our waitress was cool but the manager (Sam) doesn't need to be a manager. When I complained to her she was completely nonchalant. All she did was make excuses and not one single apology. I will definitely not be returning!
