Absolute best boba in the area! And my husband and I have tried almost all of them. I used to never like boba drinks before because I thought those pearls were tasteless chewy balls until I came across Tea Top!(+) Their pearls are always sweetened and fresh. Even after sticking them in the fridge overnight, the tapioca pearls stay nice and squishy as opposed to hardening like other places do.(+) I love that there is only one size so there is one less thing to decide on.(+) The prices are also very good for the size. (My usual is Earl Grey 80% sugar with pearls and it consistently is right around $5+ tip included. If I got this at KFT, it would be more like $7+.)(+) You can call ahead to place an order.(+) They have a rewards card where you get a free drink after 9 or 10 drink orders. My husband and I have probably redeemed around 10 of those free drinks now with how often we frequent the place.(-)They used to have seating inside but they closed it off during the beginning of the pandemic. Hope they open it back up one day, but I can see why management would not want to do that. They still always seem to have a line/wait and it’s less cleaning for staff.I will be very sad when we move away from this area. We live 5 min away and we always look forward to our weekly Tea Top drink. Even my cat is a fan!!
literally one of my top boba shops. my favorite is the alpine green tea with cheese foam at 80% sugar. some of their drinks are a little sweet at 100% which makes 80% perfect. their drinks are not too expensive. i think they might be one of the last boba shops to charge under $5 for tea before adding any toppings. some of their toppings are also still .50 compared to the typical .75 that most shops charge now
Solid bubble tea place right by hmart. Tons of great boba, flavor and jelly options. Flexible ice and sugar options as well. There is no sitting area and you order from behind a glass panel but it was fast and friendly. They also don’t take Amex. Egg pudding and coffee jelly add-ins were delicious.
Cute place serving a large variety of bubble tea, as well as numerous topping options. The fruit teas are quite nice, albeit on the sweet side (even 30% sugar was a tad bit too sweet). The lychee jelly and popping boba were pretty good. Service is super fast, and the staff still take covid precautions!
First time visiting and I’ll definitely return. Had the mango and passion fruit slushy with rainbow boba and the taro slushy and both were really good! You could tell the taro slushy was made with real taro.
Great value and authentic milk tea. Bubble boba tapioca oh…..it’s pearl !
The service is always great and despite the fact they changed it up to take covid precautions(much appreciated by the way!) it’s still so cute inside. Their black milk tea is delicious, make sure you get double boba! Can’t wait to visit again.
Decent spot to get boba but there are better options nearby. The staff was super friendly. Decent variety of options as well. Also no option to lounge inside right now.
There have been so many new bubble tea shops that have opened up in our area. We’ve tried them (Kung Fu Tea, Ding Tea, Mogee Tea, Ding Tea, Unbelibubble, Sweet Hut) to see how they compare to Tea Top and honestly, Tea Top is still our go-to place for bubble tea especially when comparing the pricing and quality of bbt they offer. They’re also fast and efficient with orders. Love that they offer the stamp cards as well. My favorite drink to order is the Jasmine Milk Tea w/ cheese foam and egg pudding. Never disappoints.
I get my boba here at least three times a week. Staff are very nice. But most of all, they have the best milk tea & boba ever. The tea flavor is not too bitter and the texture of their milk tea is not too powdery. Their boba texture is not too jelly-like, not too hard but right in the middle. Most importantly, boba texture is ALWAYS consistent. I would recommend 3Q and Oolong boba milk tea!
