I’m not impressed at all. Just so happen I had to stop here and haven’t ate all day. Customer service is poor. They look like they have an attitude. Food was nasty. Mexican pizza box and my taco papers was wet, for whatever reason. Not worth the money at all. Would have been better off going to Zaxby’s. The Mexican pizza had beans spilling outta the pizza all on the box. Wasn’t hot. Barely was warm. I couldn’t even eat it, let alone my tacos. I trashed everything. Close this place down or hire some folks that actually want to work and will make sh*t right.

I dislike coming to this location. There is always something going wrong. Tonight they closed early. I’ve gone during a shift change and there was a 20 minute wait. I’ve gone through the drive thru put in my order, got to the window and they were out of the item I ordered and they charged me for what they didn’t have and did not let me know. Never asked if I wanted anything to replace.

Rosalind is the epitome of excellent drive thru customer service. Deserves a raise bc she has single handedly raised the bar. Her patience, up selling and listening skills are unmatched for the world we live in. I literally heard and felt her smile thru the intercom. Keep up the outstanding job young lady! And to management... hire more workers like Rosalind and have her train them!!!

Very poor service, unfriendly staff and lacking of what they serve you. My meal came with FOUR fries ONE piece of chicken and the rest hush puppies in a box which was clearly not what I ordered and when I went to ask them to fix my order they refused to fix it and also there were employees behind the counter eating while they were preparing food as well as not wearing gloves.

The drive-thru service was nice. The food was warm. One of my tacos was made wrong ( it had sour cream on it, I asked for no sour cream).

Took almost an hour to get my order completed the cashier was not even paying attention to what she was doing she gave me one item first and forgot the rest of my order! Very disappointed both Taco Bell and KFC were my favorite fast food places not going here again!

Place closes at 12 am. I pull up at 10:50 pm. To the drive thru we are now close... So I was like I'm wait. Got to the window we are close. How it's says open till midnight.... Smh.

Lady at the drive thru register was coughing up a phlegm sounding cough into her hands and touching bag, drink cup, etc. No mask on. And they didn't put all the food I ordered in the bag.

Careful even though both lights are on in the same building, for KFC/Taco bell it doesn't mean you can order either or. Not sure if 1/2 of employees are taco bell or kfc but KFC was no longer serving, but taco bell was.

Lousy experience, again. I wish I could give them zero stars. I ordered 10 items in advance via their app, in the hopes of reducing possible confusion and errors. But the bag they gave me at the drive-thru window was missing one item entirely, and another item was completely incorrect, but of course I didn't realize this until I got home. I notified Taco Bell, and requested to be contacted by a manager, but so far I have not been contacted by anyone. If this is how they are going to treat customers, then we will definitely not be back.
