My app was not working properly. The lady told me to pull to the 1st window & she helped me. Kudos to her she was at Window #1 @ about 6 something pm. My day was one fire after another, she made me smile & thankful for the kind people in the world!!
I don't eat McDonald's often but I had an undeniable craving for those small steamy onions on a double cheeseburger and fries. This place didn't disappoint and the food was hot and fresh.
I'm not suppose to eat McDonald's but I was so hungry I had to get something quick. This location gave me great customer service and quick service. Horribly customer service, they had a lobby full of ppl, and they suddenly lock the doors right before I try to walk in, also it's Mostly Hispanic ppl here and they are very racist towards Black ppl
There was a wait for food, but it is totally not their fault. They are understaffed. It would be better if their overhead display were working to show where you are in queue though. It was nice that people waiting were not complaining though. Was pretty clear the employees were doing their best.
The McDonald's on Burford hwy, had cashier that doesn't speak any language that u can understand, so u how to u hand sign just to get your meal, than it take so long to get your meal, because management is no wear to be seem, foods not ready, waiting is forever, so if u is in a hurry, than I feel sorry for u, because it happened to me
Just stopped by the drive thru for a large black coffee, and two sausage and biscuits. The line moved fairly fast. The order was quick. No complaints.
If I could rate this location with a zero I would. I pulled in at 6:35 AM to place an order and the young lady working the drive through had a very nasty attitude. She seemed upset that I was repeating my order when I only did so because she was talking so low and I wanted to make sure she heard me. Regardless, I can't fathom how someone could wake up and deliver such horrible customer service before 7am. So I took my business elsewhere and I would advise this location to train employees on professionalism because you never know who your customer is.
Literally waited 30 minutes sitting in the drive thru at11:00 pm… And still didn’t make it to the first window several ppl left… and as they did more ppl came… lucky I was entertained by a hobo dancing for pocket change outside their establishment. And a couple arguing about someone’s dead brother… EXTREMELY slow service I ended up leaving around 12:30 after waiting over an hour…. Never made it to first window and the lady taking orders I could hear her cursing the customer in the other lane…. VERY ghetto … wouldn’t recommend…
It was clean, however an elderly man mopping and walking around the whole time with mop and mop bucket. Stopped in to eat and charge phone. waited 35 mons for food, it was hot and fresh tho.
