Where do I begin, we arrived, sat down and asked for our drinks (they were out of all of the juices) so we ended up getting water. Ordered a shrimp cocktail which came in a soupy base with no flavor and cold, bland, dirty shrimp. We ordered two large seafood soups which had pieces fish bone and the pieces of fish we did get were nasty reject rod looking pieces which btw smelled terrible. Now let’s cover the broth, it was bland and full of canned tomatoes and what looked like the ends of bell peppers. Our soups were basically kitchen sink broths. $100. Never coming back to this place.Sweet waitress but disgusting and expensive food. Oh one last thing, they erased all prices off of the menu.Avoid this place!!!!
Extremely slow service, the quality of my shrimp soup I didn’t think it was worth the money for the taste and the Calamari Fritos was to dry.First and last time …. 2 hours to get a soup , three beers and a calamari frito which didn’t taste good .Expensive place forNo reason .
Server tried charging us a "credit fee" before she knew what we were paying with then never came back with our change after she took over 20 minutes I went looking for her only to find she was sitting talking to other servers... when she saw me approach she immediately told me the check wasn't processed by her so it was out her hands and that's why she hadn't come back. Also we were a party of 4 and she charged the tip and it seemed like she was expecting us to add to what she had already decided to charge as her tip. As for the food we got camarones cucaracha which were not good because they were so hard to peel and over salted. Save yourself the unpleasant experience. I was going to call the restaurant to speak to the GM or owner but was told they don't care and nothing would come out of it.
I ordered a soup come to life. And it was the worst broth I have ever eaten in my life. It did not have anything that the menu said and the taste of the broth was horrible. Don't waste your money on this site
The food is good but the they charge a card fee even if you pay cash and the prices are exaggerating high!
everything was perfect, the food was really good, and I had the waiter Lucas. He gave me excellent service , he's the best.
customer service was really bad, order shrimp that was $22.00 and they charge me $29.03 cause I asked for an extra hot sauce to go, didn't get no silverware my order was to go. I asked the cashier why so much she said cause of the hot sauce I was like real I usually order the same thing and pay $24.00 she acted like she didn't care I even told her can I get silverware she said yes and never gave it to me cause she started ringing up other customers. I always go there but not anymore never. I guess I will just go to the one down the street better customer service..Now I understand why there is always a sign on the window HIRING,,, IT'S ALWAYS FOR WAITRESSESS .
The atmosphere and music were nice! We received attentive service from our waiter and hostess. The food is a great portion size for the cost but not as flavorful as expected. Kinda bland but presentation on point!
Food was good, messed up my order the first time, when our food arrived we didn’t have any silverware, there credit card machine is always down and then they want you to use there atm machine that charges a fee how inconvenient. Had to borrow $40 from my father in law, when we paid waitress never came back with change, after gratuity was included in bill that was 18%. Restrooms were disgusting.
