I was very pleasently surprised by Kung Fu Tea. There were a lot interesting varieties of milk teas, slush drinks, and iced teas. The bobas were fresh and warm. The staff was patient and pleasant. Will I come back? You bet!
Being coming here for years! My favorite location! Their bubble tea is always consistent and their boba is perfectly sweet and soft. My go order is a honey green milk tea! The hot version in the winter is amazing.
If you didn't know that there were many choices to get the perfect cold tea, then you've been missing out. At first, you think, "I just want something to drink, geesh." Then, you realize, "These options have been denied to me in times past and I've been cheated." Fantastic. Go, enjoy, thank me later..and you will thank me.
I don’t know if that’s the milk cap I supposed to get or what, but when I went to order kungfu tea store I get double of this much.
Very non-accomodating for a beverage place. Can't make substitutions for teas in your drink. Can't substitute green tea for oolong tea??? Absolutely absurd. The reason given was: "my boss is here." My brother is lactose intolerant and they STILL put milk in it after asking them not to.EDIT TO RESPONSE BELOW:Even so, my brother asked for no milk. Plus, please don't blame your workers for your inability to be flexible in the recipes. Makes NO sense. Not coming back. Terrible place.
I got the mango punch tea with grape exploding bubbles. It was the best tea I have ever had in my life omg I literally yelled WOW
Great selection and awesome boba… the customer service is the reason for the 4 star. As this place is busy although they have a huge selection the staff lady has literally no patience, lol it’s scary to order ??
My wife loves the bubble tea. We stop every time we see one and when we go grocery shopping since it's usually near Asian theame places.
Extremely rude customer service. I called crystal boba the wrong name as agar boba and the server at the registers stops taking my order and asked me if I was in the wrong boba shop. The server behind him politely told me that it was actually call crystal boba and then the other server decided to finish taking my order. I don’t know why he had to be so rude. I will not be going back as there are better boba shops and much better customer service.
The staff was playing music with alot of profanity. I was trying to enjoy a drink inside with my 12 yr old daughter and we just got up and left.On my way out I mentioned to one kid behind the counter that the music was not kid friendly and he just nodded at me like I was crazy.
