Food was very fresh and prepared correctly, but that's about all it had going for it. Stood at the front register a few minutes before having our order taken, despite there only being two other people inside and one car in the drive through.Not sure what was going on, but between that and how dirty the restaurant was? I feel the lunch rush had been over for a long enough period that these shouldn't have been issues. Probably wouldn't hit this location up again.

What a WASTE of time!!!When I arrived there was one van in front of me no one else that was at 11:00AM March 4th 2022They left us in the line for over 45 MINUTES and every car behind me (6) pulled away one by one and not once came to the window for the guy that was in front of me, it’s like they were closed and if you are short staff JUST CLOSE it’s unprofessional and irresponsible as an employee and owner! Why even buy in the community with your lack of customer service! Fast food lines should only take 10 minutes and that’s a push. Once I stayed in line to see why it took so long the lady said we just opened and had to bring the chicken out???????? ? yet there was at least 10 orders made on the counter and I got my food right away once at the window pulled over and they was just handing out the orders!!! Terrible experience I see why KFC is spread out around GA it’s not the place to stop at. Never again
Rudest employees and horrid customer service. Coming an employee was smoking outside.I saw that the woman that was boxing things was not wearing gloves and here comes Smokey who went to the back and began to work. He had not washed his hands or put on gloves. When I asked about it the manager guy in the front said he didn’t have to serve me. I also saw another woman in the drive thru arguing with another customer. I asked the guy for the owners or GM’s name and number. He said call KFC. I really hate that the service is like this and people who live in this community deserve a better restaurant or an owner who cares enough to screen the employees, and or care about the community his business is in. I did call the Dekalb Health Dept.
Food was good -- the plant based nuggets are impressive! Good deal to get a free sandwich when downloading the app. The service was SlOW and employees seemed confused.(The sushi in the photo is not from here)
I havent been to KFC in years and now I know why. Rap music was blaring the fries were cold and they didnt have any salt. Really? Go across the street to krogers and buy some.

This KFC be like:you pull up and order and they go, "we outta dat" ... "dat too" ... "we might have that but it's old shoe leather"...wait 30 min..."here yo order" ... forgets 70% of sides/condiments, everything tastes terrible.Don't waste your time going here.
Anya was such a pleasure to cross paths with! Her energy was everything! Her spirit really moved me! It’s so many angry rude people in the fast food business! But I was happy to come across someone who was so kind and polite! From the time of ordering to receiving my order! We need more people like her! Drove and called along the way. I made 10 calls and no one ever answered. Arrived at KFC, waited 5 min.Attempted to order 16 pc and was told they did not have enough chicken. I asked if they could make some more chicken and the KFC employee said she is working by herself and it would take :40 minutes. Drive next door to Zaxby’s! What is going on at KFC… your restaurants have horrible service and no one wants to work there.
