I've been missing out on this rolled up ice cream place for years! This spot does some authentic tasting Asian flavors at reasonable prices (~$6).Purely food based review:Halo Halo (limited edition) - Really good Ube ice cream, whipped cream optional. Contains sweet red beans and coconut flakes mixed in. If you like Ube or Taro I'm general this is really good!Mango Sticky Rice - Now this is proper mango ice cream with good warm sticky rice over coconut milk! Really amazing idea to bring a tradition dessert to rolled up ice cream!
Nice place, good customer service! Dining space is kind of limited but there’s no more room to expand it. Ice creams are delicious!
Okay, this place could easily become one of my new fave spots! The staff were knowledgeable and very friendly. The establishment was clean. Ice cream usually doesn’t sit well with me, but for some reason I was okay after consuming it. I do believe they have non dairy bases as well.I’ve heard the mango sticky rice was the way to go! So that’s my next order!
Bubble Tea & Strawberry CheesecakeThis place has a great vibe and awesome staff! It's rolled ice cream with many different kinds to try! Give this spot a try. We were just driving and I saw it so we stopped and gave it chance. Glad we did!
We got the mango sticky rice and the cookies spree. I asked for extra coconut sauce on mine. It tasted better than I imagined! Very yummy! Will be back!
They have some really interesting flavours. Tastes great. I would highly recommend the mango sticky rice one.

Their Mango Sticky rice icecream rolls are really good. The sticky rice with hot coconut sauce on the cold icecream is the best combo.Definitely recommending this place to friends and family.Will give other flavors a try this time.
We've been going to ICENY since they first opened. The staff have always been wonderful and the custom ice cream flavors they mix for you are truely fantastic!We haven't been going that much since Covid-19 descended upon the world, but we still stop in from time to time for a treat.If you haven't had rolled ice cream before, it's well worth the trip. They have a great selection of "recipes" they'll mix for you, or you can create your own.
