The worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been to. I’ve given them four chances since it’s down the street from my house and each time they’ve messed up my order…never fail. At this point I just make the extra drive to the one on Industrial. I will never go back to this Dunkin Donut on Buford. Avoid at all cost. They can’t ever get a simple avocado toast right smh
I love dunkin. But there's something about this Buford Hwy location that never sit right with me in regards to how their food taste. I've given it multiple chances and now I'm over it enough to write a review. Their food always has this weird lingering after taste. You can taste it everything they cook. No matter the item whether it be a breakfast sandwich, egg bites or even avocado toast. I'm not sure how they are preparing their food or storing it but there something about it that always makes me throw my food away after 1 bite. And I'm not the kind of person who orders and throws food away. I also never ask for a refund, so it's never money. Again it's only this location. Not to seem indifferent but I'm not sure if it's the practices of this largely Indian crew but the food taste nasty. Someone from Dunkin Donuts headquarters or code enforcement needs to review their practices, machines, or storing methods. Because whatever it is they are not churning out food consistent to the way Dunkin food taste. Same menu, unfavorable taste. Won't be eating from here again. It's literally the 4th time my food from them had ended up in the trash
I’d give this place a 0 star if i could. Went in at 9:52 when the place clearly closes at 10pm only to get escorted out and i was not assisted. Might want to change the closing time to 9:52 instead of 10 since the staff clearly closes earlier than the supposed closing time.

I wish you could give no Stars .....This place is a joke stale Doughnuts first thing in the am .... Basics like lacking of Glaze, dry and Crumb texture is off....I know people dont expect you to be serious when purchasing small things like Doughnuts and coffee ..... But you want my money charging almost 2$ a Doughnut and $ 4 a cup for Coffee. You want my money stand behind your product....Don't lie about these are fresh they were brought in this Morning.....Are you kidding me????? Brought in from where and made when???? Like I said they are not fresh...And you agree because you dont know when they were baked and or where they came from.... What's the hold time on Doughnuts.......No respect for the customer and lack customer satisfaction skills..... No you can't replace stale Doughnuts with more stale Doughnuts. I want a refund . When you can give me fresh doughnuts made in the am I will shop with you again.... Maybe.... Mo I won't everAvoid this store .....Terrible Service and dont appreciate the customers concerns
I bought coffee at 830 something this morning and I drive as a delivery driver nearby. I tasted the coffee and it was disgusting. Took it back 45 mins later after my route was done only for the cashier who I tipped 4$ to tell me I bought it 2 hours ago and had to pay. The guy who’s been there noticed me and told me he’d fix it but started to charge me. When I showed him my receipt that I had just left he offered for me not to pay. I chose to pay again anyways the the lady made me feel so small like I needed something for free. Only to get back to the warehouse and have ANOTHER CUP OF DISGUSTING COFFEE. SMH
Rudest staff I've ever seen. I will never go back to this location.
we asked to change the channel on the tv to sports and they said “no” just because they didn’t want to. okay bad service!
Coffee is always cold. I haven't been able to drink proper coffee for two years.
I ordered 3 iced black coffees and 1 brown surgar cookies cold brew. But I actually got 4 regular lattes. I asked to change it then the sever was med to me. I paid 3 lattes and one new latte with creams fees and actually got 3 black coffee and one black coffee with wipe cream. That happen isnt the first time. Whenever I go there, they always messed up my order. Whenever I ordered ice americano with seasonal flavor cream form, their recipes is same as always. Cold brew with a little of wipe cream.. All server better to learn how to make a coffee.
