I went to this location for breakfast on Friday and had forgot to make this review until they were ordering at my job today for lunch. Nonetheless I ordered online and drove to the location. Waited for a little over 10 min without a greeting or acknowledgement from at least 5 different workers at the front counter. They weren’t busy so I became impatient and annoyed and asked the lady if I needed to come back behind the counter to get my own food. She asked my name and got my bag and sat it on the counter and walked away without saying a word. I will NEVER go to this location again. I enjoyed bragging about the customer service at this restaurant but not at this location. They need a whole new staff or the rules of customer service Reiterated!! Very disappointed!

I live across the street, literally. I go to this restaurant almost daily as I'm going back from university. This restaurant almost always messes up my order. The fries are bits and pieces rather than actual fries and most of the time are burnt. The members at the window are better than before (I've been coming for 2 years) but still they're not CFA standards. When the older team leaders (older Caucasian gentleman and lady) are at the window it's much better and feels like a respectable CFA. Sometimes when there are two iPad holders taking orders outside, you can see that there is no urgency whatsoever. They do not communicate to the drivers to move, they do not walk to them to speed up the process, nothing of that sort. They just stand and wait for the line of cars to come to them. It's the worst CFA I've eaten at. What separates CFA from others is their enthusiasm, their willingness to serve, their happy smiley faces, and their eagerness to please.

Service is just way too slow. Chick-fil-A has been in business way too long to not figure out how to remedy it's service speed issues. They have time of day sales volume data and should be able to use that to know when to have products ready and quickly avaliable for sale. At this point, it's safe to say they're delaying service times on purpose.

Consistently excellent service and quality food. The drive through line was long, but I was able to place my order the old fashioned way through the speaker pretty quickly. Super efficient! Windows service is so pleasant and professional! Love it!

Ordered grilled nuggets was given regular by mistake. No big deal until they checked my receipt to be sure I paid for the grilled nuggets. Then I accidentally return a 5 piece regular instead of a 8 and they question me. They throw the 8 away from the kids meal that our 2 year old is eating. I have never had such service at a Chik Fil A. I don't even know what to say. Completely dissatisfied with our favorite fast food !

HORRIBLE!!! I've never been to a Chick-fil-A like this one. Team members rude, and unprofessional, food cold, and tastes disgusting. I went and spent almost $40 and don't know why. I asked for a receipt and was never given one. I got a bag of cold food missing items but yet I got food I did'nt even order. I would love to know who the owner is bc I'd love a refund!!!

Need to have a better system to pick up mobile orders. Only option is to sit in drive thru…so what’s the point of ordering ahead then? Lobbies have been closed since covid began, which is appalling. Can still close indoor dining, just have the option to pick up mobile orders at least…they get an extra star since staff is nice.

If I could give 0 I would !! jose the manager is so rude and disgraceful as a cfa leader. He accused me of consuming half an order of fries, because I asked for another one because it wasn't filled to the correct portion size... I was very respectful and not angry about the fries at all. A female employee rolled her eyes at me for no reason even though she wasn't involved in the matter. I waited patiently for 25 minutes with no problem because I UNDDRSTAND LABOR SHORTAGES AND THE WOES THAT SERVICE WORKERS have to experience. All I asked for was a very simple and common request. So sad for chick fil a, I'm seeing it everywhere it's becoming a McDonald's soon enough.... they hire rif rafs and incompetent leaders.

Very slow service and a long wait on the side parking lot waiting for my food once I was able to order.

I’ve been here multiple times and have never had a bad experience until today.I placed an online order and also wanted to redeem a few offers I received for Christmas (pictures provided).Once it was time to pay the manager and cashier charged me for the milkshakes and proceeded to tell me I could not use these offers for any other milkshake other than the peppermint one.(Please note I made sure to separate the milkshakes from my online order)I told the cashier Madellen; the offer states that the milkshakes can be substituted for any other flavor.Madellen proceeded to tell me I was wrong and so did another member of the crew. After I stated many times,I had previously come to this location to redeem the same order with no issues.Madellen stated I could redeem this offer “another time”.My order was not difficult:4 medium fries, two sandwiches and 4 milkshakes (2 vanilla/ 2 strawberry)Note: I visited a few days before to redeem the exact same offer ( I HAD NO ISSUES )The staff on 12/27/2021 4:51:57 PM was honestly very disappointing. I will not go to this location again. Staff was rude, did not apologize and simply put. Did not represent what Chick-fil-A stands for as a company, community and service.There was no reason why I should have been treated the way I did by the cashier and another member of staff. I was patient, provided and EXPLAINED the offer yet somehow I was treated with nothing but disrespect.I decided to just cancel my order.Please. Save yourself from being treated in such a rude matter. After such a hard year, everyone deserves to be treated with respect regardless if you are a customer or employee.Happy Holidays!
