they close at 12 I got there at 9 pm and they were out of shakes ,slushies , and half the menu. this is the second time I've been there this week that this happened last time was 3 in the afternoon. my guess is they don't wanna clean the equipment. not very good service I gotta give them the benefit of the doubt and assume there's a slushies supply chain shortage or something . mcdonalds across the street serves the same fanta slushies and they seem pretty well stocked.
The gentleman working tonight on 6/6/22 BY HIMSELF WITH A FULL LINE!!!! He did amazing. This post is not about him. He went above and beyond and did not deserve to be alone.I have been here since 11:15pm and still haven’t gotten my order because he is over worked and ALONE . I’m understanding of circumstances. But I had to pull on the side because another customer took my order. It’s late and raining and it’s almost an hour at a drive through! UNACCEPTABLE
I asked for fresh food she said she is not going to cook anything fresh. So i left. This is not checkers thats apart of the checks corp so they pretty much don’t care.5/21Went back again asked for fresh food the lady refused to make it fresh. So i left. The checkers on jimmy carter has been the most consistent location so far. Ive added pictures from my most recent order as well. I ordered a baconzilla and this is clearly not what i ordered. Looks like they just put whatever they hAd left on the sandwhich and gave it to me. Officially my last visit. You can’t negotiate with what you put inside of your body. Its already fast food to be given old fast food on top of that is a smack in the face.
I went to Checkers store #3223 5801 Buford Hwy NE Doraville,GA 30340 & I wanted to use my mobile phone to get the free sandwich with the purchase of a large beverage that on the receipt, it ask u to go online to guess obsessed.com & tell your experience at the restaurant you visited once you answers some questions than they well send u a code to your mobile phone when you go to your email account you well see the bar code that they scanned from your mobile phone, this make twice that I was turn away because they didn't honor my coupon for the promotion that the company refused to take, & if u wondering why the mobile phone is that they don't take the receipt no more everything is electronic, this location should put a big sign out saying they not going to honor this promotion
Employee kept my change saying I had to pay exact cash or use a card.Price of my purchase did not match the menu prices plus tax.There are 2 banks within sight of this place, and short walking distance. If change is a problem, walk across the street and get it in the morning before opening for business! [email protected] is dishonest, unethical and a form of fraud.
Terrible service employees were rude to me when I asked for my order politely also they didn’t wear gloves and mask while they were cooking
Employee did not give me my change today. He said exact change or charge card. I told him that was the last time I will go to a Checkers. It means the drive thru menu is not correct if they round up.
It's a decent place for decent food. But you know what it is. I don't know why a place like this would need a review
This location has been having Amazing customer service lately, food is fresh and hot, and everyone at the window has been very nice! Drive about 40 minutes just to get our Checkers❤️ Thanks for the great service!
Garbage don't stop here. The quality of food is lowsy. Makes you wanna throw your food at the window. They just concerned about the next order not the customer. Spend your money elsewhere.
