While I have not had good experiences with Burger King since everything reopened, the one off of Pleasantdale right off the exit has been amazing when it comes to customer service. In particular Allison. She always has a smile and no matter how backed up the line is her personality is contagious. I will continue to make this Burger King the only one I go to on a regular basis.
Literally took thirty minutes to get three people through the line and the door was locked to even order inside. At three in the afternoon. When I first arrived it was maybe three cars ahead of me. By the time I left, the entire store was surrounded. I arrived at 3:23 and left at 3:51. Utterly ridiculous. They’re acting as if they’re cooking five star meals in there. I just don’t understand. Terrible experience and it sucks cause the last fast food place I even liked was burger king and now that has gone out of the window completely. Will never be back to an establishment nationwide
Omg. Horrible experience. 03/16/2022 , i wasted almost 35 mins for getting an online order after getting in line they said they dont have any impossible burgers and said to cancel the order. Cant explain how horrible the customer service was specially the girl up at front and drive thru,was not at all interested to talk or work. Also i told her to cut the sandwich in two halves so rhats its easier for my kid. Her reply was it’s already been packed. She cant do that. I said its ok. After waiting on line for 20 minutes they said they dont have any impossible burger. Like seriously????
Wish I could see how the others before me had a bad experience, as for service, food quality, and tastiness. Dramman had our back. He went above and beyond to meet our order requirements. He remembered our requirements, despite me forgetting to order them. Thank you, we clearly look forward to Burger King when he is on shift.
My visit was drive-thru only. This Burger King was very busy; the drive-thru line was wrapped 3/4 around the building upon my arrival. However, the BK Team ensured our orders were prepared quickly and correctly; the food was fresh and hot, and we were greeted with a smile and a thank you.
The management at this facility on 2/17/22 @ 9:03pm was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, I’d be mad too if I only made $15 an hour n was 40 yrs old n still working fast food. But still that was your career path not customers, don’t treat people badly cause you mad at life. Requesting that a district manager reach out to me asap!
This is the worse location,I placed an order through the drive thru, I order a double whopper with cheese no kitchen extra pickle and mayonnaise. The orders I received was wrong , it had jalapeño on my whopper, I asked for extra pickle and mayonnaise, I went inside one of the employee’s was arguing with shift manager , i waited for 10 min to get a replacement order , once I got it the order was still wrong , I came back inside , I was disappointed I told her again what I ordered, she looked frustrated, once I got my double whopper, I noticed it needed have fries I mentioned to her I’m missing large fries she had an attitude, she served me fries with no gloves on , when she gave me the fries she had an attitude she slammed the fries in the bag over the counter where you pick the food up.
Burger was hot, and carefully prepared. Fries were hot and crispy.Food tasted good. What more can you ask for at Burger King?
GREAT I LOVE IT BECAUSE THEY ALWAYS HAVE GREAT COSTUMER SERVICE SPECIALS ALSO WE ORDER THE 2 FOR 10 MEAL's A CRISPY ORIGINAL CHICKEN SANDWICH AND A FAMOUS WHOPPER WITH CHEESE FRIES NO SALT VERY GREAT COSTUMER SERVICE THANKS ....
