Today I went to this Burger King and placed an order through drive-thru my total was $4.32 I gave the cashier $5.35 the cashier only gave me a dollar back. I informed the cashier that I gave her $0.35 and change. Her response was she has no panties. There was nothing posted stating that she was in a this store was in a change shortage nor there was anything posted asking me to pay for the debit card or credit card .I have correct change my question to Burger King when are companys going to stop stealing

Food was fresh and hot! Used my credit card online and received several blocked fraud charges from my credit card company. Pay with cash at this location!

I haven’t had a whopper made this fresh in a long time, good job!

Breakfast seems to end by fiat instead of posted hours. Why does it depend on who is too lazy to complete the shift? 2 out of 3 is bad. Bojangles doesn't play these fames with their customers. Btw, this joint is usually devoid of customers. I wonder why?

They make you pull your car to the parking lot so they will bring you your food and then when they come out with your food and you look in the bag and there is absolutely no condiment. So then you have to go inside to get something they should have already put in the bag.what up they making you pull your car to the parking lot to bring you your food. Is it because they don't want to run up there time at the Drive-Thru

If I could leave a zero star I would. I was up there yesterday night. And not for the company it self but for this firm right there. I dare to say it was probably 9:35pm. I kid you not I was waiting at the drive thru so long and no one said anything. Common curtesy is “hey we are closed” NOPE just flat out ignored me like if I didn’t exists. Here are the images of videos I took . It only lets me do pictures. of the time I was there you can see after I got tired of waiting it was closing time. But my thing is it’s Every-time I pass by there . The hours say till 10pm . They didn’t take my order and completely ignored me and I got there at 9:35ish. I was not rude what so ever . She continued to clean and stare at me. I just had one simple question . And I understand she’s trying to go. I worked in the food industry for years. But that wasent the way to treat a customer who comes all the time to your establishment. Truly disappointed in this experience.

On Saturday 01/15 I ordered from the drive tru and after waiting for almost 15 minutes I finally got to the window. As I forgot to order a drink, I kindly asked the person if it could be added but he insisted that for company policies it was not possible to do so... That I could go again thru the line or go inside to get it, which I just think is not a good way to treat a customer. I don't think I will come back to this store

Worst customer service. I was waiting at the drive thru at 9:15pm to 9:30pm. No one was taking my order or telling me to wait. I went ahead and drove to the window. I see a lady cleaning and I knock on the window to get her attention. She looks at me, ignores me, then continues to clean. I knock one more time and she does the same thing. This location closes at 10pm. If she wanted to close early, she should’ve let me know that she won’t be taking more orders. There were three cars behind me that ended up leaving as well.

Always closing early. I arrived at 10:10 pm on a Friday night at the drive thru; they were closed. I placed a delivery order at 7:15 pm on a Sunday night; they refused to make the order when the driver was there so he had to move on. At 8:13 pm I get a message that the store is closed. They never answered the phone when I called. Absolutely lazy people.
